Our AC wasn’t blowing cold when we woke up, called at 8am and they were by at 9! They had to come back after it had thawed out and had us back up and running by 1:45 :) gotta love that service! Friendly service!

My service person, Bryan helped me tremendously by replacing the needed parts quickly. During the night when the unit stopped again, the after hours phone service was very nice about my late hour call. When Bryan came back, he brought knowledge about what to do, compassion for my sad tale of a hot house, and then communicated what was repaired…to help me understand why the unit had stopped. He offered a few pro tips IF it fails again. And reassured me that IF there was any additional problems with the new parts or a new problem that he would come back to help. The day time office personnel were very kind to explain my bill. Everything is expensive…HVAC units are no exception , so it is nice to know what I’m paying for. Our service person Bryan helped me feel comfortable and valued. I recommend Tom’s Heat and Air Conditioning!

Brad narrowed down the possible problems to the thermostat.He had the patience to check the old part for all possible problems. Very soon solved the problem by using a extra wire to replace a bad wire I give Brad a 10 out of 10. Great guy, great job. 👍
