Tech was on time and found the issue with my downstairs heat system in less than 10 minutes. It was a second opinion & I’m glad I went with. Another company diagnosed the issue this past Sunday as being the circuit board in the unit. Top Tech diagnosis it as the power switch was not in the correct position and the panel door was closed improperly
