Summertime Air Duct Cleaning Near Evergreen Ave. Came out to perform annual ductwork cleaning for a residential customer. Cleaned out the ductwork throughout the entire house, decreasing dust in the home and reducing the need for future repairs to the HVAC system.
Furnace repair for a residential customer. No heat. System diagnostic screening ran and found the heat pump to be non-functional. New heat pump installed. Preventative maintenance was performed. The system is now operational.
Conducted a Clean and Check service. We checked that the customer's system was working properly and as intended. If anything is found out of the ordinary we repair and/or replace it. We also make sure to clean the system with water and/or solution so that it can last longer and work more effectively throughout the system's lifespan.
The customer reported that their system was not heating. We arrived for the no heat call, inspected the unit and the system. We were able to find the issue with the system, provide pricing, and repair the issue. The system was checked out and we made sure that it ran as intended. The customer now has heat and the system is working properly.

No AC call, current unit is not reaching temperature. Pipes frozen up, water moisture around base of unit as pipes thawed. Owner thought was leaking but just condensation from pipe. Too low on refrigerant caused AC to overwork and freeze up. Unit is 15 years old, informed customer about r22 and it's costs. Created Estimate for new unit, as it is more cost effective to get a newer unit that runs off 410a refrigerant.
