American Standard AC system not getting cold air, blowing warm air.
Customer has an old Trane AC unit that is not keeping up/reaching temp. We recommended the customer have a condenser wash performed.
Diagnosing malfunctioning furnace.
Investigating leak around furnace/humidifier
Air Conditioning Repair. A residential homeowner called with A/C making a strange noise. Technician sent to troubleshoot and repair the issue. Found malfunctioning fan motor, causing the sound. Fan motor replaced. Found dirty filter. Replaced filters. The system is now operating as it should for the customer.
Commercial Air Conditioning Repair. Recovered freon from both mini-split units. A wire was broken and had shorted against the wall. Fixed wire, replaced fuse, checked charge system is cooling. The system is operating as it should for the business.
Residential air conditioning repair service.
Installation of a Humidifier. Humidifiers add moisture to the air to prevent dryness that can cause irritation to the body. They can also help with some of the symptoms of the flu or common cold.
we replaced a flame sensor. This is part of an electric ignition system that is connected to the gas valve to control the flow of gas to the furnace. A flame sensor can come in both L or straight shapes, and it is part of the furnace burner's basic assembly.
Ensuring units are working properly and have been well maintained. Customer was pleased to have heat running once again.
