Recall Drain line cleaning June 9/2023 Customer concerned about unit not cooling again. Unit had the drain line cleaning. Checked thermostat calibration and filter location. Checked blower motor operation and inspected equipment cabinet. Located the emergency drain pan full of water and float switch is tripped with water. Cleaned vacuumed drain pan and drain line. Flushed drain line with water and primed drain line. Checked drain line pitch and secure drain line in place. Recommend new safety surge protector on condenser unit to prevent voltage spikes and electrical failure on control board and compressor unit. Unit is cooling well and drains properly.
