Came a day earlier which was very nice! Fixed the issue within an hour and was very clean.

Office: only if equipment is not being replaced. Goodman M;N: ASPF426016BA S/N: 0908106643 Evaporator fan motor Arrived at the home and called the homeowner for the access code. Proceeded to locate the equipment and found the unit that is in question by photos. Tested unit and found that the evaporator fan motor has malfunctioned. Recommend equipment replacement. Filter will need to be replaced once motor is replaced. Further diagnostics will need to be completed to be certain of no other issues.
Arrived at the home and the homeowner explained the situation. Homeowner is aware that the equipment needs repairs but just wanted the heating portion to be operating. Proceeded to pull disconnect to “Off” on the condenser. Went into the attic and checked for heater connection. Turned on the system and pulled 21 amps from the heater. Recommend blown-in insulation and ductwork replacement. Equipment is heating.
Arrived at the home and it was explained what happened with the equipment. Began diagnostics and found that the 24v wire in the thermostat was not connected. Existing wire nuts are used to extend wires to reach thermostat connections. Extended “W” wire to ensure a connection. Once completed, turned the system on and pulled 33 amp draw from the heat strip and tested the system. The system is heating & cooling.
Office: this is not a recall. The call is for his second floor unit. Arrived at the home and met with the homeowner which he explained the situation of his equipment. Proceeded to do diagnostics and found 55lbs. Of refrigerant. Previous notes stated a leak. Began a quick leak search and found the location of the leak. It is located at the evaporator coil lower right hand side. Notified the homeowner and shown him the result from the leak detector and at another area that is not leaking. Homeowner agreed to have a Comfort Advisor to give home a replacement estimate.
Upon arrival customer stated blower motor running nonstop. Found fan set to on at thermostat. Switched to auto. Checked operations. Found dirty blower assembly and evaporator coil. Highly recommended cleanings and air quality products. Customer declined. System is working and draining at this time. - Collin
Found system low on refrigerant. Found leaky Schrader core, tightened up connection. Let customer know that this might possibly work but there could also be a leak present somewhere else. Customer declined leak detection today. Customer approved of adding 2 pounds 410a refrigerant. Checked pressures, temperatures, and amp draws. All within factory specifications. Found system not working. Inspected low voltage and found wiring issue to condensate pump. Repaired wiring. Checked operation. Found outdoor unit with corroding coil due to hurricane saltwater flood damage. Highly recommended new equipment due to damage and potential issues in the near future. Emailed customer all information. Customer approved of comfort advisor. Need to call and schedule a time to get someone out here to go over pricing. - Collin
Unit will turn for cooling but for heating. It is a heat pump. If part is replaced, will need to further diagnose for any other issues with the system. Found reversing valve wire on Y terminal on the thermostat and placed it onto the O terminal. Checked 24v and there is voltage at the board but it is not energizing the reversing valve coil. Electric heat strip does come on. Heat is available. Homeowner will call when he is ready for the replacement part.
Office: schedule for balancing with hood. Approximately 720 CFM with a 7\8” collar. We will need to come back and balance the system. New ductwork was installed. Will need the hood and 2 people for balancing.

Arrived at the home and met with the homeowner. Began to replace the old pvc drain line under the house. Removed from above the existing elbow and hung drain line to have a pitch out.. Added a pvc “P” trap outside the home. Checked the drainage and it is draining with no obstructions. Unit is cooling and operating.
Arrived to service call system was running when I arrived after talking with homeowner. He told me system was not running at all yesterday and he just turned it off at the thermostat and 10 minutes before I came. He turned it back on at the thermostat and the unit came on I just went through and double checked everything, and found that steel wire in the wiring outside I switched a different color in the unit was running also found that the orange that energize the reversal valve is and I can switch another color that didn’t work switch to green outside to energize I had to put yellow and orange together to energize reversal valve System is up and running talking with Pat operations manager he advised to credit from the previous warranty defrost board that was changed due to it being a wrong diagnoses at previous service call to credit the Cost of defrost board In place for new condenser wire to be ran to get this customer taken care of 11/23: Myself and service manager need to come
2 Condenser Control Boards - Warranty 11/26/24: arrived at the home and met the homeowner. Proceeded to replace the 2 boards and repair the leaking flare fitting. Cut old flare out and re-flared and reattached to the unit. Removed and replaced 2 control boards. Pulled a vacuum to 550 and started the equipment. Recharged the system with 6lbs. of R410a. Jug 324. Monitored the operation of the equipment and it is cooling.
Used 2 pole contactor Used T6 pro thermostat Upon arrival found Trane system is closet by kitchen not heating. Found shorted electric heat 24v contactor coil. Replaced contactor upon approval. Also found t6 thermostat with bad heat circuit. Replaced thermostat upon approval. Checked operation. System is now heating properly. Customer would like maintenance performed on systems please. - Collin
