Complete no cool call. **Customer states the drain line keeps backing up. Customer just moved into this new home a few days ago. He is a current maintenance member but hasn’t got the chance to switch his membership over to this address. We will need to switch the maintenance to this address. There is a brand new HVAC system installed as the system and drain line are new. After inspection I found the drain line to be leveled incorrectly and is ran under the flooring which we can not access the line. The drain line travels at an incline going outside which will not work. Gravity fed drain lines needs 1/4” of pitch every 4 feet. This does not. We will have to run a new condensate pump system from the air handler to the exterior of the home to restore proper drainage. Customer signed off for the full condensate pump conversion. This will need 2 guys. (1) 25ft roll of copper. Customer is down until we can make the repair. *I sold a drain line clearing but this will need to be
