Called out today due to no cooling. Upon arrival client stated when she got home from vacation the machine worked for a few hours then stopped. System kicked back on in the middle of the night. I found that the drain line is clogged and was intermittently tripping the float switch. Gave options for one time flush and go vs enrolling into a preventative maintenance plan and getting a drain solve treatment. Added drain solve to drains from the pan. Allowed that solvent to sit for 20 minutes before flushing with two gallons of hot water. Checked all electronics and motor components to ensure equipment is operating properly within manufacture specifications. Checked filter. Outside I removed the fan from the condenser and cleaned the coil from the inside out. Checked refrigerant pressures. Vacuumed drain line clear from outside port. Client stated that Performance air was out last year and added a few pounds of refrigerant. She called for a second opinion and that tech stated t
