Richard explained what he would be doing and the reasons why. He was very careful to not scuff my walls as he was carrying the dishwasher in. He was careful not to scuff the floor with the removal of the old dishwasher and with the placing in of the new one. He also demonstrated how to run my dishwasher. He even cleaned up by placing everything back in under my kitchen sink. He was very respectful and thoughtful.
