The company was awesome. Lowe’s was being funky with my microwave order, saying it wouldn’t be there, but they had my appliance in stock. I went in and repurchased it, and this company still kept my appointment, and was cool about it. The worker that helped me also did a good job installing my microwave.

Justin was great! Deep knowledge base. Highly competent. Took real care in a job well done. When putting in a dryer re-direction kit, he noticed the internal appliance electrical would have sat on the heat exhaust pipe. Asked to move it out of the way. Little (but big things) like that make all the difference. Knew I could trust him to do the entire job with care, after that. In chatting with him while he was doing what I figured was a complicated job, it became apparent he has a deep experience base and would be an asset to training new people coming in.
