Samsung washer tub bouncing around at end of washer cycle
I performed a furnace tune-up on a Goodman gas furnace in Morgan, UT. I inspected and cleaned the burners, flame sensor, and heat exchanger. The air filter was replaced, and the blower motor was lubricated. I tested the thermostat calibration and inspected all electrical connections. After running a full heating cycle, the system was operating efficiently and ready for the colder months. The homeowner was advised to schedule regular maintenance for optimal performance.
Installed Daikin DZ20VC0481 variable-speed heat pump for whole-home cooling. Removed old system, installed new pad, and secured outdoor unit. Installed Daikin DVPEC060 air handler with ECM motor. Connected refrigerant lines, evacuated system, and charged with R-410A. Programmed Daikin One+ thermostat for optimal comfort. System achieved 20 SEER cooling efficiency.
Repaired leaking tank-type water heater. Diagnosed faulty temperature and pressure relief valve on Bradford White RG250T6N. Drained tank partially, removed old valve, and installed new Bradford White 265-46987-00 T&P valve. Refilled tank, checked for proper operation and no leaks. Tested water temperature, adjusting thermostat to 120°F for safety and efficiency.
