Preston came and defused a mixup on the situation. It was on Home Depot Allstate and with his company. He helped find out way the issue was and also worked with Joelle and between them they were able to resolve the issue and find the missing parts. Excellence on both employees involved. Professional in every way. I would like to request that Preston be the tech who comes and fixes my freezer when parts arrive at there location.
