Ryan was an excellent service technician. He gave thorough explanations as to what he was doing as well as with his recommendation for duct cleaning. He gave advice on what I can do to keep build up within the drainage pipe inside as well as what I can do on the outside unit. He is extremely knowledgeable and very kind. The wasps were bothersome outside by the unit, and he sprayed the wasps and nests and even removed a couple nests. I would highly recommend Town and Country because of excellent representatives like Ryan.
