Karl is extremely professional and expertly skilled. I’m comfortable with Karl in my home and his resolution of issues for which the appointment requested. Karl never fails to educate me and has noted other issues which he resolved if he can or advises with multiple options where possible. Karl is one of primary reasons I have done business with Town and Country for years. Their personnel from Office to field are concerned with the customer. They stay in touch with you to ensure your issues are addressed. Can’t say enough good things though it appears I’m trying.
