I liked the fact that I received a text message yesterday to confirm my appointment, then I also received a call to confirm and see if I had questions. Today, I received a text message telling me the service person was on His way. This message included his name and picture. The 2 men arrived right on time, they were friendly and worked the entire time they were here, cleaning up all supplies that they used.
