We had some issues with our heating system and one of the Townsend Energy technicians, Gary, came out to evaluate our system. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He evaluated our system, ran a diagnostic, replaced a part that had failed, and ordered another part to be replaced. We were working with a time deadline and he expedited the part order, followed up quickly and came out and replaced the part. He also found another issue and repaired it while he was with us. He was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Gary is an extraordinary representative for your company and someone we would recommend to anyone.

I called with a billing question and Maria listened attentively and understood my concerns and removed the charge to my account. We recently had a new furnace installed and she removed a previous charge that we acquired while our problems were being diagnosed. She provided excellent customer service!

We turned up your Nordyne Central AC system with cleaning, new air filter, and AC temperature and pressure testing. Everything is good if you are interested in a new central AC system, Townsend has a lot of deals going on including rebates.
Brian M and Jim C evaluated , and troubleshot oil burner. Installed new electrical parts and was able to get burner to operate . So we will not have to replace burner. We tested burner to factory specifications. All set.

Serviced Buderus heating system water leaks with new main air vent and relief valve . All set.
Purged our air from the boiler air vents and added the extra water needed. Both zones are now returning hot..
