He refers back to past service call tags and notes — and leverages that into his status assessment, troubleshooting, adjustments and maintenance. He is trained and certified in my boiler unit and pulls in the manufacturer’s technical support when needed. He works to resolve and prevent problems, and to have my boiler operating according to manufacturing standards and at optimal efgiciency.
