This was no exception Brian patiently and diligently went through the system until we resolved what turned out to be a minor thermostat issue. A huge shout out to Chris Minter who solved a thermostat connection issue that was causing our boiler to cycle on/off and not turn on any heat. He was so polite, kind, and communicative about what he was doing. And best of all, he got things working again -- especially important ahead of a predicted cold front.

I neglected to tell Townsend that we converted our home back into a two family. Around nine o'clock in the evening we realized we were out of propane. I called to leave a message and couldn't believe what happened next - a live voice at the other end of the phone. I called back in the morning to change our automatic delivery schedule and heard the good news that our propane would be delivered before 10 a.m. and it was. Thank you Townsend employees!

Twice this past year, we needed repairs to our home HVAC -- once for the AC during a very hot period in the summer, and once for the heating in the winter. Townsend is great about sending someone quickly. And in both cases, the techs quickly figured out the problem and were able to get our system up and running again. Installed new boiler relief valve and air vent . Serviced oil tank filter. Confirmed circulator flow.
Installed new safety puff switch and serviced expansion tank with drawing and recharging to 12 psi. All set.
