I neglected to tell Townsend that we converted our home back into a two family. Around nine o'clock in the evening we realized we were out of propane. I called to leave a message and couldn't believe what happened next - a live voice at the other end of the phone. I called back in the morning to change our automatic delivery schedule and heard the good news that our propane would be delivered before 10 a.m. and it was. Thank you Townsend employees!

Twice this past year, we needed repairs to our home HVAC -- once for the AC during a very hot period in the summer, and once for the heating in the winter. Townsend is great about sending someone quickly. And in both cases, the techs quickly figured out the problem and were able to get our system up and running again. It's definitely worth having the service contract!
