Water Heater - at 8:15 the new water heater was delivered, at 8:20, Lee, the Townsend technician arrived and began working to remove the old water heater, at 10:00 the removal truck arrived and took away the old water heater and all the stuff with it, and by 10:30 the job was well done and Lee left, after explaining all the details to me. Nice job, Lee!

no heat this morning - I called Townsend at 7:15ish and within 30-40 minutes Chris arrived, quickly knew what was wrong, went to his van and got the part and and the boiler was soon repaired. Thanks very much for such prompt service!

This is our second time working with Brian. He helped us plan a new heating system and now is helping remedy a poorly installed AC system (not installed by Townsend). He was extremely helpful with the new furnace and is certainly knowledgeable about AC systems.
