The young man Angel that came to my home was polite and did a very nice job. We recently moved to Methuen and Tom came to do our first annual burner checkup. He came with a big smile and professional manner, did some cleaning and repairs we weren't aware were needed, explained everything to me, and left the basement cleaner than when he got there!

I thought Ed was very professional and very informative. I enjoyed learning about our gas fireplace from him as we've only had wood burning in the past. Also great getting some ideas for him as far as our gas grill. Very nice man easy to talk to I felt very comfortable working with them and learning from him.
