After my first plumber said I should remove my sewer pipes to the city sewer I turned to Trenchless Innovations who suggested lining my pipes to the city sewer instead of replacing them. Kevin Wall and Jim D showed up at the promised time, and quickly started the job. The 3rd technician was John R one of the companies owners I was impressed. They finished the job in a timely manner, and the before and after videos seem to indicate a job well done. Now the roots can’t get to the pipes, and I have a 50 year warranty on the lining. My thanks Kevin, John and Jim. Job well done.

Blocked off both registers with foam and hydraulic cement in master bedroom. Cemented over both registers. Blocked off the right side leading to master bedroom in the bathroom and blocked off left side of bedroom on front left side of basement. Resprayed both registers with duct armor.
I completed the lining of a 6-inch sewer line, starting from an exterior cleanout and extending approximately 60 feet downstream. This process involved the installation of a cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liner, which was meticulously measured and inserted to end just before the connection to the city main. This technique ensures a seamless and durable reinforcement of the existing pipeline, enhancing its longevity and functionality.
Cleaned and applied first application of spray lining except for an area approximately 10' long that had water present. 2 patches will be installed next visit for an additional $500.
• Broke up the concrete floor and excavated the area in the garage near the furnace. •Dug under furnace to alleviate pressure under foundation and installed 4” perforated corrugated pipe. • Installed a 20” wide by 42” deep perforated sump pit in the excavated area and backfilled with ¾” stone with sealed cover. • Installed a sump pump in new pit and ran discharge line through garage and exited through the side wall of garage and out the front of house. • Backfilled excavated area with stone and re-cemented concrete floor. • Removd all debris from the worksite.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are Pvc ducts with metal fittings. There was standing water in the system in the larger ducts. Suggest possible installation of a pit and pump if downspouts and regrading does not solve water issue. After that the ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.
RTelevised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are PVC and had some slight water in ducts and also show signs of mold. There is work to be done for drainage on right side of house to control the water issue. After that the ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Under slab ductwork video inspection. After inspecting ducts saw that they are made of galvanized steel and starting to rust in several locations. Spin cast mortaring is recommended followed up by Duct Armor for trenchless duct lining repair.
Sewer line repair service call. Installed 5' spot repair from overhead clean covering over Cracked pipe ending in 6' pipe.
Slab leak detection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor on lower level of house. Ducts are galvanized and are extremely rusted. Suggest spin cast mortaring then spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Sewer video inspection service call. Televised sewer from overhead clean out. PVC pips is cracked just outside foundation wall. Will provide a proposal for installing a patch liner. Basement has 10ft ceilings
Under slab leak detection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings that are showing heavy signs of rust and deterioration. Provide quote for spin cast mortaring metal fittings the spray lining entire system.
2-17-2023: rodded sewer from outside clean out heavy roots at 4” clay cross connection for drain tile just upstream of 6” pvc clean out in front landscape bed, also rodded downstream to clear roots at 6” pvc-clay connection. Tvd to stack in basement also to city main line was clear, used P&T camera to verify cross connection for drain tile. DID NOT install patch at cast to clay connection where heavy roots were in line because it would cover over connection for drain tile. No sump pump or pit in basement has gravity sewer so drain tile leads to sewer at cross connection. Recommended preventative rodding to be done left Reid card and info with customer for future rodding.
Descaled sewer/kitchen drain. epoxy coated x3 mil thickness 20' of 4" cast and 20' of 2" cast kitchen.
We are applying our Trenchless Cast Mortar to all of the heavily rusted underground metal duct work. The air ducts are now sealed with a strong concrete like structure and sand and debris will no longer enter the system.
We are lining a sewer from an outside clean out out to the city main, our customer was experiencing frequent sewer back ups we were able to clear the blockage clean the sewer line and line the sewer. Now the customer has peace of mind and won’t ever have to worry about tree root entering the line causing a future sewer back up.
