Great experience

After my first plumber said I should remove my sewer pipes to the city sewer I turned to Trenchless Innovations who suggested lining my pipes to the city sewer instead of replacing them. Kevin Wall and Jim D showed up at the promised time, and quickly started the job. The 3rd technician was John R one of the companies owners I was impressed. They finished the job in a timely manner, and the before and after videos seem to indicate a job well done. Now the roots can’t get to the pipes, and I have a 50 year warranty on the lining. My thanks Kevin, John and Jim. Job well done.

Good Experience

Showing the video of the damage and after the repair was everything to me. Nothing boosts confidence of a decision more than knowledge.

We performed a televised inspection of ducts located under a slab floor. The ducts, made of spiral wound metal, showed significant signs of rust and deterioration. This condition can lead to decreased efficiency and potential air quality issues. Regular inspections and timely repairs are crucial to maintaining a healthy HVAC system. For professional duct inspections and maintenance, trust our expertise to ensure the longevity and performance of your system.

Removed old existing sump pit and installed a 36” deep solid sump pit. Cored into foundation wall. Installed a 5’ section of perforated corrugated pipe in foundation wall that runs into the pit. Backfilled pit with 3/4” stone. Sump pump discharges into the existing 4” pvc that runs 30’ into backyard and is coupled to our solid corrugated pipe. The corrugated pipe runs about 40’ and ties into existing storm basin. Hydro cemented around the corrugated pipe. Backfilled corrugated pipe with 3/4” stone and backfilled with dirt.

The approximate distance from just before the dry well to the storm basin is 44 feet. The storm basin is situated at the left back corner of the garage when viewed from the street. This precise measurement will assist in planning any necessary repairs or maintenance. Proper documentation of these details ensures accurate and efficient work when addressing drainage issues or other related tasks in this area.

Sand is entering certain areas of the ducts due to water entering the ducts and washing sand in. Sprayed RS-100 over areas where sand is entering the air ducts.

Televised duct under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal joints that are rusted and allowing water to enter the system. There is a sump pit but it is not deep enough, there is no coring into the foundation and the discharge appears to be blocked. Suggest installing a deeper sump pit and coring ito foundation wall to alleviate pressure and lower false water table.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are plastic coated galvanized metal ducts that are very rusted. Suggest a sump pit and pump to control the water then spin cast and spray line ducts to rehab them.

I completed the lining of a 6-inch sewer line, starting from an exterior cleanout and extending approximately 60 feet downstream. This process involved the installation of a cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liner, which was meticulously measured and inserted to end just before the connection to the city main. This technique ensures a seamless and durable reinforcement of the existing pipeline, enhancing its longevity and functionality.

Cleaned and applied first application of spray lining except for an area approximately 10' long that had water present. 2 patches will be installed next visit for an additional $500.

• Broke up the concrete floor and excavated the area in the garage near the furnace. •Dug under furnace to alleviate pressure under foundation and installed 4” perforated corrugated pipe. • Installed a 20” wide by 42” deep perforated sump pit in the excavated area and backfilled with ¾” stone with sealed cover. • Installed a sump pump in new pit and ran discharge line through garage and exited through the side wall of garage and out the front of house. • Backfilled excavated area with stone and re-cemented concrete floor. • Removd all debris from the worksite.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are Pvc ducts with metal fittings. There was standing water in the system in the larger ducts. Suggest possible installation of a pit and pump if downspouts and regrading does not solve water issue. After that the ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Under slab ductwork video inspection. After inspecting ducts saw that they are made of galvanized steel and starting to rust in several locations. Spin cast mortaring is recommended followed up by Duct Armor for trenchless duct lining repair.
