I had a sewer pipe issue and called 2 companies; one was Trenchless Innovations. Bob from Trenchless Innovations came out, places a camera down the pipe and indicated the issues that were identified. I will say that Bob also identified a few additional issues the first company missed. Bob was extremely knowledgeable and very professional, explaining in detail the issues and the fix. He provided a detailed estimate (very reasonable) on actually what was to be done. I also received a copy of the camera images. Thanks Bob for answering my many questions! We accepted the offer and scheduled a date. Kevin and team arrived on time and immediately began their work. I was interested in the process and Kevin and his team were all too happy to explain each step of the way and answered my endless questions (it was quite interesting). I was able to view the camera feed down into the sewer pipe, both before and after, watched the "sleeve" process and their review and testing the pipes once completed. They were informative, knowledgeable and very pleasant throughout the process. The team work to seamlessly and efficiently complete the job and clean up was amazing; only took a day. Special shout out to Kevin who did not hesitate to ensure I was comfortable with the process, reviewed each line item on the estimate to confirm completion and answered my additional questions. Kevin's knowledge of the process was very evident. You also have a great team. It was such a pleasant experience, and I could not be more pleased. No runs, no drips no errors!!!!! I no longer need to worry about tree roots in my sewer line as there are no seams; the sleeve is one piece. Thanks to Bob, Keven and his team for a wonderful experience, you guys were great! If you have sewer pipe issues these are the guys to call. No digging up the yard, half the cost and no seams to allow those pesty tree roots to enter. Love It! Thank You!!

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings. The bathtub is leaking water into the ducts. Will provide a proposal for spin cast mortaring and spray lining after bathtub is repaired.

12-5-25 Lined sewer from 6” pvc clean out in front landscape bed about 50’ downstream ending prior to city main. Lined sewer about 9’ upstream ending in 4” cast. Reinstated 2” laundry connection and 4” connection that is possibly drain tile or downspout.
Televised sewer from inside clean outs in basement. Had to rod due to heavy roots. Televised after rodding and sewer has roots at many joints. 2ill provide proposal for lining sewer from floor clean outs in basement in basement to just before city main.

12-4-2025: televised kitchen line from 2” clean out under kitchen sink goes to 4” pvc just underground near sink drain, was able to get 50’ downstream to possible outside clean out, kitchen line holds about 1” of water in 4” pvc near sink telling us that there is no break or leak in drain line or water would not be holding and present in drain line. Televised duct run that previously had water from register near sliding glass door back to furnace no water was present in duct line. Recommend doing a site visit in spring to check for ground water preferably after a rain fall. Gutters in front near neighbors entrance door are dumping close to building gutters were frozen and dripping over the top near roof. Recommended installing exterior sump pit and pump behind building to left of patio to relive ground water trapped under building entering duct work estimated cost to be around $6,500.00, electrician is required to install outside outlet for pump.

12/3/25 applied second coat of Duct Armor to all registers duct runs and plenum. Repaired furnace box and all register vents with hydraulic cement. Applied first application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace box as well as all register vents
