Bob has been a huge help trying to resolve my issues with finding the leak in my HVAC ductwork.
Bob showed up on time and mapped out my underground HVAC venting, found the source of the gray water leak and made recommendations. Explained my options. I was extremely happy with the amount of time and effort he took to help me figure out how to fix this problem. Thanks again Brian B.

8-22-25 Cleaned and measured sewer line. Insert a 6” liner through the existing outside clean-out on the left side of the house extending approximately 59 feet downstream ending in the PVC pipe prior to the clean out on the right side of the house in the front yard. Reinstate kitchen connection at 15’. Old downspout connection at 33’ that we won’t cut in. It is run above ground. Bring pan and tilt camera to verify possible wye connection at 35’. Insert a 6”x 5 ft patch liner through the existing clean out in the front yard and position it to cover over an area approximately 40ft downstream where another liner fell short of landing in the PVC riser from the main sewer. 8-29-2025: lined sewer from 6” pvc clean out on left side of house in sidewalk 60’ downstream starting liner in 6” pvc near clean out and ending in 6” pvc near clean out in front of house. Reinstated 6” tee where kitchen overhead stack ties in. Installed 6”x5’ spot repair liner from clean out in front of house downstream
televised sewer from inside cleanout out in order to provide quote for lining
teelevised sewer from outside cleanout out to. Main. There is a belly in the 1st 11 or 12 ft. Suggest periodic rodding.
Televised sewer from outside clean out approximately 60ft to city main. There is a section of pvc that was repaired previously that has settled and dropped. Rodded the clay portion to remove roots downstream and also Rodded back upstream into cast iron to remove roots. Will provide an updated proposal for lining downstream to city main and also upstream into cast iron. Other plumbing company will make repair on shifted pvc prior to the lining.

Took a look at air and electrical access points for running extension cords and air lines.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings. There were signs of water in the ducts at one time but they were dry at the time of the inspection. Suggest possible coring into the foundation wall on the left back side of the house where there are two sump pumps already. On the right side possible regrading and installation of a water barrier to prevent excess water from entering the pipe. will provide proposal for possibly spraying ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material to encapsulate the concrete ducts.
Televised sewer from catch basin in lower level of building approximately 60ft to city main. There as sand in the first section before it connected to the main on a tee. After that the line looked clean with only one section with roots and one section that had slight crack. Will provide proposal for installing liner in first section before tee connection.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are galvanized plastic coated ducts that are rusted due to ground water. If ground water is resolved then the ducts can be spin cast mortared then spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.
