The team at Trencheless Innovations was outstanding. From diagnosis to job completion, it was clear they had the know how needed to fix the crumbling main sewer line in our 100 year old house without tearing up our entire basement and front yard. We now have piece of mind that this critical function of our home is taken care of for the next 50 years+. They are so good and so in demand that the only downside of our experience was how long we had to wait to get scheduled because of how far out in advance they are booked.

I had a sewer pipe issue and called 2 companies; one was Trenchless Innovations. Bob from Trenchless Innovations came out, places a camera down the pipe and indicated the issues that were identified. I will say that Bob also identified a few additional issues the first company missed. Bob was extremely knowledgeable and very professional, explaining in detail the issues and the fix. He provided a detailed estimate (very reasonable) on actually what was to be done. I also received a copy of the camera images. Thanks Bob for answering my many questions! We accepted the offer and scheduled a date. Kevin and team arrived on time and immediately began their work. I was interested in the process and Kevin and his team were all too happy to explain each step of the way and answered my endless questions (it was quite interesting). I was able to view the camera feed down into the sewer pipe, both before and after, watched the "sleeve" process and their review and testing the pipes once completed. They were informative, knowledgeable and very pleasant throughout the process. The team work to seamlessly and efficiently complete the job and clean up was amazing; only took a day. Special shout out to Kevin who did not hesitate to ensure I was comfortable with the process, reviewed each line item on the estimate to confirm completion and answered my additional questions. Kevin's knowledge of the process was very evident. You also have a great team. It was such a pleasant experience, and I could not be more pleased. No runs, no drips no errors!!!!! I no longer need to worry about tree roots in my sewer line as there are no seams; the sleeve is one piece. Thanks to Bob, Keven and his team for a wonderful experience, you guys were great! If you have sewer pipe issues these are the guys to call. No digging up the yard, half the cost and no seams to allow those pesty tree roots to enter. Love It! Thank You!!

10-30-2025: Cleaned and measured sewer in preparation for lining from 6” pvc outside clean out in front yard about 65’ upstream ending just before 4” cast elbow, and install spot repair liner overlapping inversion liner at 4”-6” transition around 90 elbow at base of stack ending up cast stack in crawl space. 12-19-2025: lined sewer from 6” pvc outside clean out in front yard 56’ upstream starting liner in 6” pvc near clean out and ending in 6” cast near 4” elbow at base of stack, installed 4’ silicate spot repair liner over lapping liner in 6” cast and ending on vertical drop of stack lined around 4” elbow at base of stack and through 4-6” transition.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are galvanized metal and look iin good condition. The are that was damaged is a supply run that feeds the bathroom and acts as a balance run to the back of the house. Suggest plumbing company patch the hole with metal. Will provide a proposal for spray lining ducts with Duct Armnor duct lining material.
Cleaned and measured sewer line in preparation for sewer lining. Insert a liner through the existing outside clean-out on the south side of the property extending approximately 25 feet to just before the city main. Insert a liner through the existing outside clean-out on the north side of the property extending approximately 35 feet to just before the city main. 12-19-25 Lined 6” sewer line through the existing outside clean-out on the south side of the property extending approximately 25 feet downstream ending just before the city main. televised and verified that kitchen runs through the same line that we are planning on lining.
Televised sewer from inside clean out in basement to city main and inspected liner and also connection to the lateral line from the inside stack. Connection has been cut out sufficiently with no lips to catch anything. Pipe is 4” in that area. Suspect her issue was possibly a soft paper blockage. Lateral line is all pvc with no signs of roots.
12-18-2025: did not smell sewer upon arrival, checked multiple locations and access point so smell near, had smell of sour milk upon arrival but during the time we spent looking around the smell dissipated away to no smell in room or bath room homeowner also agreed smell went away. We caulked toilet and drum trap cover didn’t have smell but tried to seal as precaution to see if smell comes or goes.
Rodded sewer from clean out in floor in laundry room. Sewer opened at around 65ft. Will credit this towards the cost of work being performed on 12/23.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings that are extremely rusted. Will provide proposal for reaping metal and possibly spin cast mrtaring then spray lining remainder of concrete ducts.
12-11-2025: tvd and measured sewer in preparation for lining 12-17-2025 Inserted a liner through the existing outside clean-out under the deck extending approximately 97 feet downstream ending just before the city main. Inserted a liner through the existing outside clean out upstream approximately 10’ ending in 4” cast iron. Reinstated two connections.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are cardboard with metal fittings. Cardboard is showing signs of water staining and is separated in a few areas where the cardboard and metal meet. Televised sewer from 2 clean out inside and also from catch basin outside on left side of house. Heavy roots in the lines and a slight crack in the tee connecting to the main line in the front of the house. Will provide proposals for lining.
Inserted a 9’ patch liner from the outside cleanout starting in the 6” pvc and ending upstream in the 4” cast iron pipe.

Lined sewer through the existing outside clean-out extending approximately 10 feet upstream toward the house starting in 6” clay and ending liner in the 4" cast iron pipe.
