On time and very professional

The technicians were on time, efficient, polite, and worked well around other work that was going on in the site. Despite scheduling challenges, they worked hard to accommodate me.

Very Informative

The Trenchless Innovations tech was very informative. Walked me through the process from start to finish. The only thing was I had to unscrew and remove the register covers before he could start. Glad I had a screwdriver.

Well Beyond my Expectations!!!

Kevin Wall & Josh Reid arrived about 10AM and began the process of cleaning and relining the kitchen drainpipe. They were both very professional and explained the processes they were using to fix our drain line. They were here all day, but they were friendly and efficient in their jobs. It is wonderful to see two young men so dedicated to their craft and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the tasks at hand. We were very pleased that you have two very impressive people in your employ and we felt comfortable with their positive attitudes. You should be very proud of these representatives who unburdened us with our difficult experience.

The crew was knowledgeable , courteous and friendly. They know what they are doing!!!

John and Kevin arrived our location at 10:00 am to look at our situation. They came in, got under the kitchen sink and opened to clean out pipe and promptly began to insert camera into the 4” pipes. They performed a complete inspection of our lines and determined that our pipes were a good candidate for their product. We had received an estimate from another company that would require removing our 10 ft. Granite countertop and cabinetry then dig out the concrete slab to reach the pipes about 10”-12” below grade. Trenchless Innovations has removed that painful situation from the table and will give us a much better option. Thank you John, Kevin and Robert for making our day much more pleasant. Can’t wait for you to get started!!!

I recently completed a job where I discovered that the customer was experiencing odors and small drain flies in their HVAC system. The only area we noticed any moisture was in the hall bath, but running water did not produce any water in the ducts. I suggested that the customer consider a smoke test of the plumbing system to determine if there was a leak. The drain lines should all be PVC.

Conducted thorough cleaning and inspection of underground ductwork using RIDGID SeeSnake microReel inspection camera. Removed debris with Viper GForce air whip system. Identified and repaired holes in register vents using Quikrete Hydraulic Water-Stop Cement. Applied first coat of Duct Armor elastomeric sealant to all underground ducts using Graco Ultra Max II 495 PC Pro airless sprayer. Ensured even coverage and proper adhesion. This application seals minor leaks, improves airflow efficiency, and prevents moisture intrusion. Scheduled second application for optimal protection. Process significantly extends ductwork lifespan and enhances overall HVAC system performance.

We inspected seven roof drains, consisting of 4-inch and 3-inch cast iron pipes, with lengths ranging from 30 to 50 feet. We utilized a sewer camera to thoroughly examine three of the seven drains. To proceed accurately, Glen needs to provide the prints to verify the exact lengths and pipe diameters. This information is crucial for ensuring precise measurements and effective maintenance. For comprehensive plumbing inspections and repairs, rely on our expert services.

Conducted site assessment for potential sewer line rehabilitation. Utilized RIDGID SeeSnake PLUS inspection camera to evaluate pipe condition and determine suitability for trenchless lining. Recommended installation of a 6" clean-out with a straight tee and 2 feet of PVC pipe on the downstream side to facilitate future maintenance and lining process. Measured approximately 88 feet of pipe requiring rehabilitation. Proposed Perma-Liner Sectional Point Repair system for damaged sections and Perma-Liner Continuous Inversion method for full-length lining. This cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) solution will restore structural integrity, prevent root intrusion, and extend sewer line lifespan without extensive excavation.

Televised duct to see if rocks were removed, but rock are still in the area where the kitchen elbows down to the living room. Spoke to homeowner who had not received the latest proposal from the contractor. She talked to contractor and he forwarded the proposal so she is able to see what it entails and what the cost is. She will be deciding next step. Informed her that if we are unable to clear rock that we would need to open floor under hardwood.

Conducted duct inspection using RIDGID SeeSnake microReel camera system. Identified severe rust and deterioration in galvanized under-slab ducts. Recommended two-step restoration process: 1) Spin-cast mortaring using Quikrete Commercial Grade FastSet Repair Mortar to rebuild structural integrity. 2) Application of Duct Armor elastomeric duct lining material using Graco Ultra Max II 595 PC Pro sprayer. This comprehensive approach will restore duct function, prevent air leakage, and significantly extend system lifespan without costly slab demolition.
