The team at Trencheless Innovations was outstanding. From diagnosis to job completion, it was clear they had the know how needed to fix the crumbling main sewer line in our 100 year old house without tearing up our entire basement and front yard. We now have piece of mind that this critical function of our home is taken care of for the next 50 years+. They are so good and so in demand that the only downside of our experience was how long we had to wait to get scheduled because of how far out in advance they are booked.

I had a sewer pipe issue and called 2 companies; one was Trenchless Innovations. Bob from Trenchless Innovations came out, places a camera down the pipe and indicated the issues that were identified. I will say that Bob also identified a few additional issues the first company missed. Bob was extremely knowledgeable and very professional, explaining in detail the issues and the fix. He provided a detailed estimate (very reasonable) on actually what was to be done. I also received a copy of the camera images. Thanks Bob for answering my many questions! We accepted the offer and scheduled a date. Kevin and team arrived on time and immediately began their work. I was interested in the process and Kevin and his team were all too happy to explain each step of the way and answered my endless questions (it was quite interesting). I was able to view the camera feed down into the sewer pipe, both before and after, watched the "sleeve" process and their review and testing the pipes once completed. They were informative, knowledgeable and very pleasant throughout the process. The team work to seamlessly and efficiently complete the job and clean up was amazing; only took a day. Special shout out to Kevin who did not hesitate to ensure I was comfortable with the process, reviewed each line item on the estimate to confirm completion and answered my additional questions. Kevin's knowledge of the process was very evident. You also have a great team. It was such a pleasant experience, and I could not be more pleased. No runs, no drips no errors!!!!! I no longer need to worry about tree roots in my sewer line as there are no seams; the sleeve is one piece. Thanks to Bob, Keven and his team for a wonderful experience, you guys were great! If you have sewer pipe issues these are the guys to call. No digging up the yard, half the cost and no seams to allow those pesty tree roots to enter. Love It! Thank You!!

11-14-2025: Cleaned and measured sewer from 4” clean out in side walk right side of house 100’ downstream to city main, starting liner in 4” cast and ending just before city main. X5 reinstates. 1-15-2026: lined sewer from 4” clean out in sidewalk 100’ downstream to city main starting in 4” cast just above 90 elbow at base of clean out and ending in 6” clay just before city main, x5 reinstates x3 downspout or drain tile connections x1 toilet stack tie in and x1 laundry/kitchen tie in.
televised sewer to confirm condition of liner. Liner looks in good condition.
Televised sewer. Confirmed liner is in good condition but due to belly and grease broiled up should be jetted periodically
Televised. Under slab floor. Ducts are spiral wound galvanized that are showing signs of rust and deterioration. Suggest spin cast mortaring then spray lining with Duct Armor.

12-22-2025: Televised sewer from 4” stack in basement 116’ to city main sewer runs to back of building we located the lateral to main connection in back alley in front of far right garage door about 7’ deep, catch basin is a branch line that ties into main run at 49’ downstream from stack in basement where pipe will be replaced to pvc and liner will be shot from open hole to city main. Heavy roots from 55’ to 88’ needs to be cleaned from open hole prior to lining. Tie in at 49’ from catch basin, tie in at 37’ possibly stairwell drain, tie in at 23’ from stack on other side of building, tie in at 5’ from floor drain near stack. All 4 active connections will be reinstated, it’s believed to be that upstream side of tee we will be opening floor in basement to repipe is just a floor drain in front storage room near front of building we will tv and verify from open pipe during lining date. Since catch basin is not the main run we can not line from basin to main, we took measurements to l
Televised But could not get camera past 10ft. Rodded and could not get a 4” cutter. Rodded with a 3” cutter. Pipe is dropped at approximately 19ft from clean out in basement floor near water meter. Could only get a 3” cutter blade through and it’s is too far shifted to line. Located and it appears to be in the street approximately 1-2ft past the curb. Sewer will need to be duct and repaired at that location.
Cleaned tree roots out of sewer line and got measurements for sewer lining. Line sewer from pvc outside cleanout in gravel drive on left side of house starting in 6” pvc and ending downstream short of main approximately 45’ in length. 1-12-26 Lined sewer from pvc outside cleanout in gravel drive on left side of house starting in 6” pvc and ending downstream short of main approximately 45’ in length.
massive sinkhole with debris washed back into manhole in parking lot. Suggest digging and making a repair due to the size of the sinkhole and the amount of debris in the manhole.
Televised ducts under slab floor but all appear to be open with no blockages at this time. Ducts are not rusted nor are they separated. There is slight airflow coming out of registers when system is turned on.
Televised sewer from inside clean out in basement. Sewer is clay tile. There is an offset at approximately 70ft that could not get camera past without the guide on the head. The connection at the main is also offset and we could not see the city main. That connection may need to be duct and repaired. Plumber is installing a flood control system outside in front of house and installing a tee cleanout on downstream side. Approximate footage from clean out to city main will be approximately 45ft. Will provide a proposal for installing liner.
televised sewer to verify that liner is in good condition and everything looked fine. Looked at sum pip in front of house and saw that water level was up opver the level of the drain tile. Hit the test button on the Watchdog system and was able to get pump to activate. Pit is 36” deep so advised that the pump should be looked at and when that is being done the pit should have holes drilled in it to perforate the pit and pick up water at a lower level. Check valve on ejector pump can also be lowered to minimize the amount of water draining back into ejector pit.
Pulled clean out cap and inspected to determine pipe is sheared too much to line and will need to be dug outside.
Televised sewer from outside cleanout approximately 90ft to city main. Sewer has roots at several joints especially in the 1st 15ft. Will provide proposal for lining.
Televised sewer from outside clean out on side of house back into cast and out to city main sewer. Will provide proposal for lining. There is a couple offsets downstream near main and a hole just before the cast iron.
