I had a sewer pipe issue and called 2 companies; one was Trenchless Innovations. Bob from Trenchless Innovations came out, places a camera down the pipe and indicated the issues that were identified. I will say that Bob also identified a few additional issues the first company missed. Bob was extremely knowledgeable and very professional, explaining in detail the issues and the fix. He provided a detailed estimate (very reasonable) on actually what was to be done. I also received a copy of the camera images. Thanks Bob for answering my many questions! We accepted the offer and scheduled a date. Kevin and team arrived on time and immediately began their work. I was interested in the process and Kevin and his team were all too happy to explain each step of the way and answered my endless questions (it was quite interesting). I was able to view the camera feed down into the sewer pipe, both before and after, watched the "sleeve" process and their review and testing the pipes once completed. They were informative, knowledgeable and very pleasant throughout the process. The team work to seamlessly and efficiently complete the job and clean up was amazing; only took a day. Special shout out to Kevin who did not hesitate to ensure I was comfortable with the process, reviewed each line item on the estimate to confirm completion and answered my additional questions. Kevin's knowledge of the process was very evident. You also have a great team. It was such a pleasant experience, and I could not be more pleased. No runs, no drips no errors!!!!! I no longer need to worry about tree roots in my sewer line as there are no seams; the sleeve is one piece. Thanks to Bob, Keven and his team for a wonderful experience, you guys were great! If you have sewer pipe issues these are the guys to call. No digging up the yard, half the cost and no seams to allow those pesty tree roots to enter. Love It! Thank You!!

Bob showed up on time and mapped out my underground HVAC venting, found the source of the gray water leak and made recommendations. Explained my options. I was extremely happy with the amount of time and effort he took to help me figure out how to fix this problem. Thanks again Brian B.

I met with Kevin and John last Thursday. We were having issues with drainage for an old underground waste pipe in a mechanical room at the hospital. They were able to camera the system and within 30 minutes put together a plan to remediate our situation. Highly recommend!!!

Broke out mortar blocking the duct run on left side of the furnace and also the mortar in the bedroom. Could not get the mortar out in te right side of the register in the living room but homeowner said that would be fine.
Met with Cuck and walked around the two floors that are under construction and the ducts need to be spray lined. Need to get either a drawing or footage from airways to provide a proposal for encapsulation.

10/21/25 Applied 1st coat of duct armor in all duct runs plenum and registers. There was some standing water that needed to be sucked out of lines leading to the back of the house. Recommend turning downspout on back right of house above ground and also considering supplied proposal for sump pit and pump. Cleared blockage that was in supply duct run going to 1st bedroom. The line is now completely open and has great air flow. Cleaned all underground duct work. Applied spin cast mortar to all metal connections and elbows. Rebuilt all registers and plenum box with mortar. 10/28/25 Applied second application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace box.
Televised sewer from inside stack clean out to city main. Cast looks good but see several areas with roots in the clay tile. Drain tile is on sanitary and there is no sump pit or pump in the basement. Will provide proposal for lini g from a newly installed clean out to city main.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete and had water in kitchen area but due to ground water. Suggest possible pit and pump then spray line ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material.

10-16-2025: Cleaned and measured sewer in preparation for lining from 3 access points 4 liner installations and x2 connection liners needed. 10-23–2025 Lined from 6” cleanout in parkway 15’ downstream to city main. Lined from cleanout in parkway 75’ upstream. Lined from 6” pvc cleanout near back door 75’ downstream overlapping liner from parkway. Reinstated wye connection from overhead. 10-24-2025 Lined from 4” overhead cleanout in basement downstream approximately 30’ to wye connection. Installed 6x6x6 wye connection liner at lateral to main connection 11’ downstream of cleanout in driveway. Installed 4x4x4 wye connection liner from overhead cleanout.
10/16/25 cleaned all underground ductwork and applied trenchless spincast mortar to all connections and elbows. Repaired and rebuilt furnace supply box and all register vents with hydraulic cement. 10/17/25 Applied first application of RS-100 to all underground ductwork and furnace supply box. 10/24/25 Applied second application of RS-100 to all underground ductwork and furnace supply box.
10/24/25 Televised sewer in front of inspector and located arrears in the street where there is an offset. Inspector marked on street with green paint. Supplied video to inspector. Cleaned 6” sewer line approximately 45’ downstream to city main. There is an offset in the clay tile pipe at 30’ where tree root was entering the line. There is also an offset in the pipe at 25’. The area of these two offsets are in the city street and the pipe would have to be dug up and replaced.
Televised sewer from outside clean out o the air and back to stack in basement. Will provide quote for lining.
Televised ducts and do not see any change in condition. Will provide proposal for sp[ray lining but also for possible use of Carlisle RS-100
Televised downspouts-they are intact. No further work is recommended at this time.
10-14-2025: tvd and measured sewer in preparation for lining from 6” pvc clean out in alley (7’10” deep) downstream 70’ to city main, also line from clean out in backyard near fence (4’8”deep) 130’ downstream to clean out in alley. Reinstate clean out in alley after lining over. 10-22-2025: lined sewer from 6” pvc outside clean out in alley 76’ downstream to city main starting liner in 6” pvc downstream of clean out and ending in 6” clay just before city main, also lined from 6” pvc clean out in backyard 125’ downstream to pvc clean out in alley starting in 6” pvc near clean out in backyard and ending in 6” pvc near clean out in alley.
10/14/25 Cleaned all underground ductwork in preparation for spin cast mortar. Applied trenchless spincast mortar to all underground connections and elbows. Repaired register vents and furnace box with hydraulic cement. 10/15/25 Applied first application of duct armor to 99’ of 6’’ air ducts. 10/22/25 Applied second application of duct armor to 99’ of 6” air ducts.
