Was referred to Trenchless by my mom who will ONLY refer me to a place where she has experienced outstanding service and quality. Rob arrived on short notice when we needed him, he was thorough, did a wonderful job, handled an issue that occurred, and was very communicative during the process. I highly recommend Trenchless Innovations AND Bob (Rob) if you’re looking for quality, a company you can trust, and a level of customer service that is very rare these days.

I met with Kevin and John last Thursday. We were having issues with drainage for an old underground waste pipe in a mechanical room at the hospital. They were able to camera the system and within 30 minutes put together a plan to remediate our situation. Highly recommend!!!

Our church had a plumbing contractor tell us we needed to line our entire sewer line for about 25k. Trenchless Innovations came out to give us a second inspection and opinion. Per the inspection John did not recommend a lining. John and Kevin took the time to look through our old church and give some thought on our basement water issues and some possible remedies. Great service, reasonable fee for camera inspection and experience make the church feel confident in the findings, hopefully saving us some headache and money as we .go forward.
Response from Trenchless Innovations Inc.:

Bob was very informative and professional. Thank you, Bob.
Installed 4’x6” spot repair liner at at last joint at connection to city main where there was a hole in pipe just before city main.
Televised and cleaned all underground ductwork. Applied trenchless spincast mortar to all underground ductwork. Repaired register vents and supply box with hydraulic cement. 7/2 Applied 1st application of duct armor 7/11 Applied 2nd application of duct armor
6/24/25 Cleaned and measured sewer line in preparation for sewer lining. 7-10-25 Lined 6" sewer line downstream from outside cleanout approximately 50' ending just before city main. Lined sewer upstream approximately 18' starting in 6" pvc and ending in 4" cast iron. Reinstated drain tile connection.
Looked in a few of the ducts and there was no standing water. The customer is getting water on the carpet in the living room and in the bedrooms. Noticed the mulch was too high and covering over the first coarse of brick in the front to the left of the font door. There is also a crack in the foundation on the left side of the house near the bedroom where there is dampness on the carpet. The downspout on the right side of the house is not extended away from the house and discharges along the house next to the driveway. Suggest something be done with that to keep water from accumulating next to the house on that side.
Televised sewer from outside clean out in towards house and to city main sewer. Sewer has light roots at several joints but does not look to have any cracks breaks holes or major offsets.
Televised sewer from catch basin in back porch approximately 80ft to city. Sewer looks good with only one section where roots are in joint.
7-7-25 Inserted a 4-6” liner through the open stack extending approximately 70 feet downstream to just before the city main. Reinstated floor drain connection. We did not reinstate connection that we believe is the old catch basin connection. If customer experiences water in basement, we will reinstate connection. Trenchless innovations is not responsible for water damage to basement.
Took a look at underground duct work, minor gaps at 2” registers filled with caulk and applied duct armor to any area that was of concern minor cosmetic cracks in duct armor from curing and separating when fully dried.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are clay tile ducts and are being used as return ducts for the system. There are area on each duct run. Where crack in the pipe are visible and the area where the pipe meets the slab floor has large gaps. Suggest spin cast mortaring the system for structure then spray lining ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Did a video inspection of the sewer from 6” pvc outside clean out in backyard 110’ upstream to master bathroom. Condition of liner looked great.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are cardboard ducts with metal fittings and elbows. Cardboard is deteriorated in some areas. Suggest spin cast mortaring to restore structure to the pipes then spray lining ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material.
televised ducts as much as possible in ceiling in 4th floor unit. Can feel some air coming out of register and do not see any major separations or only closed dampers. There was a wood deck that was on the roof before the roof was redone. It is possible that the wood decking was creating a barrier for the heat.
Cleaned tree roots coming in at a crack in the 4" cast iron pipe. Flushed tree roots out of sewer line. Installed an 8' UV sewer patch starting in 6" pvc and ending in 4" pvc.
