I had a sewer pipe issue and called 2 companies; one was Trenchless Innovations. Bob from Trenchless Innovations came out, places a camera down the pipe and indicated the issues that were identified. I will say that Bob also identified a few additional issues the first company missed. Bob was extremely knowledgeable and very professional, explaining in detail the issues and the fix. He provided a detailed estimate (very reasonable) on actually what was to be done. I also received a copy of the camera images. Thanks Bob for answering my many questions! We accepted the offer and scheduled a date. Kevin and team arrived on time and immediately began their work. I was interested in the process and Kevin and his team were all too happy to explain each step of the way and answered my endless questions (it was quite interesting). I was able to view the camera feed down into the sewer pipe, both before and after, watched the "sleeve" process and their review and testing the pipes once completed. They were informative, knowledgeable and very pleasant throughout the process. The team work to seamlessly and efficiently complete the job and clean up was amazing; only took a day. Special shout out to Kevin who did not hesitate to ensure I was comfortable with the process, reviewed each line item on the estimate to confirm completion and answered my additional questions. Kevin's knowledge of the process was very evident. You also have a great team. It was such a pleasant experience, and I could not be more pleased. No runs, no drips no errors!!!!! I no longer need to worry about tree roots in my sewer line as there are no seams; the sleeve is one piece. Thanks to Bob, Keven and his team for a wonderful experience, you guys were great! If you have sewer pipe issues these are the guys to call. No digging up the yard, half the cost and no seams to allow those pesty tree roots to enter. Love It! Thank You!!

I met with Kevin and John last Thursday. We were having issues with drainage for an old underground waste pipe in a mechanical room at the hospital. They were able to camera the system and within 30 minutes put together a plan to remediate our situation. Highly recommend!!!

11-7-2025: Cleaned and measured measured sewer in preparation for lining from 4” pvc stack in basement 75’ downstream to city main starting liner in 4” pvc near stack and ending in 6” clay right at city main. Descaled 30’ of 4” cast heavy scale, cleaned all roots out of 6” clay, and hydro jetted line clear from stack to city main. 11-11-25 Inserted a 4-6” transitional liner through the newly installed PVC stack in basement starting in 4” pvc and extending approximately 75 feet downstream ending in 6” clay right at the city main.
Televised sewer from two outside clean outs on east and west sides of house. The two lines connect to a main line in front of the house then travel to the city main at the edge of the parkway near the street. There is heavy roots in the main portion of the sewer. A clean out needs to be installed on that main run then Trenchless can install a liner from new clean out to city main.
Televised sewer from outside clean out in back of house. Cast iron is scaled. Will provide proposal for lining from inside out to clean out in front of approximately 60ft.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal fitting and connections that are allowing sand to enter the system. The plenum is also very rusted. Will provide a proposal for spin cast mortaring and spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Televised sewer from two stacks in the basement apartment. Will propose to install patch liner between 4” pvc and the connections to the main run in the lateral stack in front of the house. Will also need to install a tee liner in that area due to roots at the connections.

11-3-2025: line was clear no roots, took measurements in preparation for lining from 6” pvc clean out in front yard (4’8” deep) downstream about 75’ to city main/ patch liner at main to cover last joint. 11-6-2025: lined sewer from 6” pvc outside clean out in front yard 75’ to city main starting liner in 6” pvc just downstream of clean out and ending just before city main, installed 5’x6” spot repair liner positioning over last joint before city main where roots were growing and overlapping into inversion liner to be sure all clay tile joints were lined over.
10/30 Removed duct downstairs in basement and repaired broken elbow under slab floor. Cleaned all ducts repaired register vents and applied first application of Duct Armor to all ducts repaired register runs and registers openings. 11/6/25 Applied second application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and register vents.
11/6/25 Installed two 10ft spot repair liners through the outside cleanout upstream and downstream to cover over areas in the pipe where there were cracking. Televised and verified installation was successful. 9/25/25 Televised sewer to verify job and looked for upstream access if needed. Televised sewer and recorded for our records. Will plan for installing 2 10ft spot repairs.
Televised sewer from ouotside clean out downstream to main approximately 105ft. Heavy roots between 55 and 105 ft. Will provide proposal installing liner both downstream and upstream into pvc pipe coming from house.
Televised sewer from inside clean oout to city main. Sewer has slight roots and cast from laundry to main is somewhat scaled and channeled. Will provide a proposal for installing liner from a newly installed clean out after an overhead sewer is installed to the pvc riser at the city main.
120 hole to hole ndust@advmech.com. Will provide a quote for lining approximately 220 ft of 6” cast in parking garage from open holes and clean outs.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal couplings. Wil provide proposal for spray liining. There are multiple issues related to water that should be addressed before duct lining.
Televised sewer from outside clean out to city main. It appears there is a break at the main on the city side. Suggest city televise main sewer to determine issue that we are seeing. Will provide a proposal for lining sewer once main issue is resolved.
Televised sewer from outside clean out downstream to main and also upstream to catch basin in back of building. Sewer has roots at many joints both upstream and downstream. Will provide proposal for lining from catch basin to main.
