Our church had a plumbing contractor tell us we needed to line our entire sewer line for about 25k. Trenchless Innovations came out to give us a second inspection and opinion. Per the inspection John did not recommend a lining. John and Kevin took the time to look through our old church and give some thought on our basement water issues and some possible remedies. Great service, reasonable fee for camera inspection and experience make the church feel confident in the findings, hopefully saving us some headache and money as we .go forward.

Televised sewer from inside clean out in lower level. Kitchen line that is exposed under the sink has holes in bottom and heavy grease. Located area in house where they both tie in. Will provide a proposal for descaling and lining cast.
6-16-2025: Installed 4’x6” spot repair liner from floor control in stairwell downstream starting in 6” cast near flood control and ending just before downspout tie in, to cover over separation/break in 6”clay pipe.
Looked at site and measured for possible lining
Cleaned and measured sewer in preparation for lining from 6” clay clean out downstream of flood control starting liner upstream of flood control system (need to remove pump in flood control and lift flapper) and ending 66’ upstream in patch liner(6”x5’) needed near catch basin. Also line downstream with spot repair liner(6”x5’) to cover first 2 joints near clean out where tree root was in 6” clay.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete and showed signs of water intrusion almost 3/4 of the way up the pipe. Suggest determining if downspouts are working properly. If downspouts are working then a sum pit and pump may be necessary to lower water table.
Cleaned and televised all underground ductwork. Cut access in the ductwork from basement to apply first application of duct armor to all underground ductwork. 6/13/25 Applied second application of duct armor to all underground ductwork .
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are thin wall pvc and have melted and deformed close to the furnace blocking airflow. Ducts need to be dcug up and replaced. Trenchless will provide a proposal for that work.
6-12-2025: Cleaned roots out of 6” clay sewer line from back flow valve in basement out to city main, installed 5’x6” spot repair liner at about 45’ downstream from back flow valve in basement to cover over section where 6” clay was broke and missing.
Televised sewer from inside clean out to septic tank. Sewer is scaled and has one area with slight roots at top. Will provide proposal from descaling and lining.
5-23-25 Cleaned and measured sewer line in preparation for sewer lining. 6-11-25 Inserted a 6” liner through the existing inside clean-out extending approximately 69 feet downstream to just before the city main. Reinstated the neighbors 6” pvc connection at approximately 30ft downstream of the clean out.
Televised pvc stack clean out to lift station. Needs to hydro jet 4” pipe
Televised duct under slab floor. Ducts are spiral wound plastic coated metal ducts. They appear to be in decent condition with no signs of heavy rust or deterioration. Suggest spray lining ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are galvanized metal and are very rusted. Suggest spin cast mortaring to restore structure then spray lining with duct Armor duct lining material.
Took a look at 4” cast pool floor drain line from open pipe in pit 50’ to direct drain in pool supply room with x2 tie ins, x1 tie in from floor drain in pump room, and second tie in from x2 floor drains near pool 40’. Also looked at drain line for track around pool 10’ to double wye with cap on back end could not string up double wye. ***Recommended cutting section of track drain bigger to get small camera in track to find outlets
Inserted a 6” liner through the existing floor clean-out in office extending approximately 40 feet downstream. Reinstated lab sink connection.
