Excellent Service and Quick Response!

We have an issue with a dusty smell permeating our ranch home. Bob & Kevin arrived promptly and thoroughly inspected our ductwork to determine the cause of the odor. It appears the cause may be separation of duct with the pea gravel fill used under the concrete slab. They inspected the entire system with camera and are preparing an estimate for coating the duct system. Both gentlemen were open, honest and kept us informed with what they were doing. We had previous work done by this company and are very satisfied with the results.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are cardboard ducts with metal fittings and connections. There are some areas of the ducts that are either offset or are starting to deteriorate. Suggest spin cast mortaring ducts to restore and add structure to the ducts then spray lining ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Televised 200’ of sewer from floor clean out in yellow hallway to direct tie to manhole outside. 6” cast scaled with bottom of pipe which looks to be missing/channeled at about 60’-120’. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are pvc and have been replaced closer to the furnace. The remainder of the system appears to be in good condition with no deformation of the duct due to melting. Will provide a proposal for spray lining the ducts to encapsulate the pvc.

I tackled a complex sewer line problem today involving multiple deteriorated sections. After examining the line, I discovered the cast iron pipe had corroded significantly more than expected, requiring replacement of an additional section. I used cured-in-place methods to repair those sections. The sewer line repair also involved replacing two cleanouts for better access in future maintenance. After completing the repairs, I performed pressure testing to verify the integrity of all new connections.

I applied epoxy coating to a residential sewer line today using specialized equipment. After thoroughly cleaning and drying the pipe with high-pressure water jetting and specialized drying equipment, I conducted a precise measurement of the pipe to ensure proper epoxy mixture ratios. The epoxy coating process involved carefully controlling the application speed and pressure to achieve uniform thickness throughout the pipe. I paid special attention to joint areas and previous repair spots, applying additional material where needed. Following application, I used UV curing equipment to ensure proper hardening and conducted a post-installation camera inspection to verify complete coverage.

I completed a duct lining project today on exposed commercial HVAC ductwork. After performing air quality testing to establish baseline conditions, I prepared the interior surfaces through detailed cleaning and degreasing processes. The duct lining application required careful attention to seams and corners to ensure complete coverage. I installed multiple access points to facilitate proper material application and inspection. During the process, I maintained constant negative air pressure to ensure proper curing and prevent any airborne particles from entering the occupied space. After completion, I conducted air velocity measurements to verify the new surface didn't restrict airflow.
