I had a sewer pipe issue and called 2 companies; one was Trenchless Innovations. Bob from Trenchless Innovations came out, places a camera down the pipe and indicated the issues that were identified. I will say that Bob also identified a few additional issues the first company missed. Bob was extremely knowledgeable and very professional, explaining in detail the issues and the fix. He provided a detailed estimate (very reasonable) on actually what was to be done. I also received a copy of the camera images. Thanks Bob for answering my many questions! We accepted the offer and scheduled a date. Kevin and team arrived on time and immediately began their work. I was interested in the process and Kevin and his team were all too happy to explain each step of the way and answered my endless questions (it was quite interesting). I was able to view the camera feed down into the sewer pipe, both before and after, watched the "sleeve" process and their review and testing the pipes once completed. They were informative, knowledgeable and very pleasant throughout the process. The team work to seamlessly and efficiently complete the job and clean up was amazing; only took a day. Special shout out to Kevin who did not hesitate to ensure I was comfortable with the process, reviewed each line item on the estimate to confirm completion and answered my additional questions. Kevin's knowledge of the process was very evident. You also have a great team. It was such a pleasant experience, and I could not be more pleased. No runs, no drips no errors!!!!! I no longer need to worry about tree roots in my sewer line as there are no seams; the sleeve is one piece. Thanks to Bob, Keven and his team for a wonderful experience, you guys were great! If you have sewer pipe issues these are the guys to call. No digging up the yard, half the cost and no seams to allow those pesty tree roots to enter. Love It! Thank You!!

Televised ducts under slab. Sewer type smelling water was present in ducts. Ran kitchen sink and see water entering ducts under kitchen sink. Will provide proposal for spray lining ducts after sink line is repaired.
Televised sewer from outside clean out. Downstream to city main is all pvc and looks in good condition. Upstream into house is cast iron and is showing signs of scale build up but pipe is in tact with no crack or missing pipe. Inspected toilet and the toilet does not flush well. Suggest replacing toilet with a Gerber Avalanche. If problem persists after toilet is replaced the cast should be descaled. Toilet is 12” to center.
Provide estimate to line 35ft of 6" clay tile from existing outside clean-out and install 8" x 5' spot repair on sanitary line from manhole going back toward building.
Televised sewer from floor clean out 55’ to 6” pvc outside building about 65’ back to open hole directional clean out can only tv downstream, they will dig up pipe at open hole to give access to line from open pipe, also tvd from floor clean out upstream of open hole about 10’ downstream to open hole. Giving estimate of $26,525 to line sewer & install tees.
9-11-2025: Cleaned and measured sewer in preparation for lining from open hole in basement downstream 63’ ending just before city main, also lining upstream 22’ ending just before stack reinstate laundry line near stack. 9-15-25 Lined sewer approximately 63’ downstream from open hole ending just before city main.Lined sewer approximately 22’ upstream from open hole ending just before stack. Reinstated laundry line near stack. Installed a sump pump pit and tied in existing drain tile to pit. Installed a Webtrol sump pump in the new pit and ran discharge pipe out the back of the house discharging above ground approximately 5ft from the building. Installed a pedestal backup pump with an Auquanot battery back-up system and a gel battery. The cover for the sump pit will be solid, but it will not be a sealed pit. Backfilled pump with 3/4” stone and cemented around pit. 9-16-25 Met city inspector and passed inspection. Backfilled hole with 3/4” stone around newly installed pvc cleanout.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are spiral wound galvanized metal showing signs of water and sand infiltration along with rusting. There was no standing water at the time of the inspection but water lines and debris was visible. Suggest possibly installing a pump on each side of building along with drain tile through the foundation wall to control the water issues. After water issues are resolved the ducts should be spin cast mortared then spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings nad connectors. That are very rusted. With provide proposal for spin cast mortaring metal then spray lining remaining system.
9-11-25 Lined 6" sanitary sewer line form newly installed 6" clean-out downstream approximately 60ft to manhole in neighbors yard across the street.
Televised sewer from inside clean out to septic tank. Line is shifted past 50% so lining is not an option.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are galvanized metal showing some slight signs of rust. Will provide proposal for spray lining. Televised sewer from outside clean out approximately 108 ft to city main. Slight roots at connection. Suggest periodic rodding.
Installed x3 8” spot repair liners on main run to kitchen/bedroom/ bathroom, and applied application of duct armor to all underground duct work. 9-10-2025: cut patch liner from bathroom into main run where it stubbed in about 3” into main run to get air flow into bathroom register. Need to replace registers to allow more and less air into some rooms.
9-9-25 Excavated an area in the basement floor to expose the connection between the main stack and the laundry tub line before it exited the building. Cleaned sewer line and got measurements for sewer lining. Installed new pvc pipe. Left hole open in order to install liner on 9-10-25. 9-10-25 Lined 6” sewer line from open pipe in basement near stack downstream approximately 70’ ending in Tee Liner before the city main. We covered two connections that are old downspout lines. Old downspouts are cemented over and ran above ground away from house. Backfilled newly installed pvc pipe with 3/4” stone and cemented hole.
9-10-2025: Did a video inspection and took measurements for lining from 6” pvc clean out to manhole across street 60’.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings that are extremely rusted. Suggest suggest spin cast mortaring metal fittings then spray lining ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material.
