3/5/25 Applied first application of Duct Armor to all duct runs, register openings and plenum. Cleaned all underground ductwork and furnace box. Applied trenchless spincast mortar to all elbows and connections. Applied trenchless mortar to furnace box and all registers. For an additional $1,000, we opened concrete floor in back spare bedroom next to furnace to expose a collapsed air duct. Removed collapsed area and Installed a new register boot . We will backfill hole with 3/4” stone and cement the floor on our last visit. 3/13/25 applied second application of duct armor to all underground duct work. Backfilled hole by register boot with 3/4” stone and recemented floor.
