Office booked my appt and kept me informed of date via text msg, then sent photo of tech when he was in route. Dustin performed the original task (moving a thermostat) and then after his inspection, he recommended a removal of the blower assembly to properly clean blower wheel and components. Then I added installation of air registers after a remodel project. He took all the extra tasks in stride and did a great job overall.
