Informative, seemed knowledgeable and thorough. Good job explaining system performance and what he was doing. Offered some options to try and keep the system up and running as long as possible without excessive heat build up and auto shut off.

Provided detailed explanation of products and benefits. Had a downstairs system replaced and based on performance and results decided to have the 11 year old upstairs unit replaced with same brand. Very pleased with service and technicians very friendly, prompt and took extra care to keep their work neat while in/out of home.

After several months of issues, our AC unit needed replacing. We were very happy with Austin. He was honest about what was wrong and the best solution.

Technician arrived on site for a routine safety heating tuneup checking over all electrical components no limited to blower motors inducer motors. All safety devices limit switches did an extensive CO test to prevent any dangerous gases from being admitted into the home check temporize didn’t find any hazardous problems with his heater, had his heat exchanger replaced one year ago found a flame sensor and ductwork to be a little bit dirty recommend those preventative upgrades. System is working good at this time.
Installed in SB75 to help him with his minerals.That's messing up his electric water heater installed it.And give me a couple of days and you should have clear water without the minerals in it
was able to help customer today with a furnace replacement due too existing furnace emitting carbon monoxide was able to get installed completed in a timely manner to help customer keep all his appointments previously made.
