Hvac winter tune up

Informative, seemed knowledgeable and thorough. Good job explaining system performance and what he was doing. Offered some options to try and keep the system up and running as long as possible without excessive heat build up and auto shut off.

Response from Triple Play Home Services:

Thank you Robert! I understand that this was not a 5 Star Review due to our timing, and we do apologize that we were running late. We appreciate the feedback and hope that you have a wonderful fall!

Performed fall safety tune up for 3 units. Checked all safety and shut off devices were operational, checked system for gas leaks and pressure through the line, and electrical components/connections. While checking duct work, noticed kinks in supply ducts in certain areas, return ducts had straps fall, and noticed the ducting was undersized while the system was oversized for the space served . The duct and system differences lead to the propane gas being set too low from previous installation due to system overheating from improper sizing for space served. Tried to increase fan speed to avoid this and ultimately lead to the conclusion that to resolve this concern was to upsize one of the return ducts solutions provided on todays visit. Units getting 0 ppm on carbon monoxide on todays visit
