When calling to schedule the appointment to replace part on a/c/furnace, I knew the part was specific to my a/c/furnace, so I asked if they would be ordering the part, was told they had the part in stock. I was called the morning of scheduled appt. that part had to be ordered, so appt. cancelled.. At time of inital call, someone should have verified that the specific model was actually in stock.
Service technician was courteous and and explained options that could be addressed and or available I have been a client for several years.
