Called on a Saturday to report a leaking hot water tank. In just a few hours Erik K. with True Tech showed up at my door. He was very professional in his examination and recommendation of the problem at hand. He gave me multiple options based on his opinion of the work needed, and what I wanted/ needed him to do. I left him at my house to remove the old tank while I went and picked up a new one.(it was a little cheaper for me to go get a new tank myself) After returning he installed the new tank, shut off valve and water lines. We turned the water on and realized the tank was leaking at the top. After turning the water off he re- sealed the leaking area and everything was running fine. Hot water in 45 minutes...
