I had a Mitsubishi single zone heating/cooling unit installed by Rick Dierolf and Matt. They were both very friendly, professional, and worked hard. They made sure I understood how everything worked and operated before leaving for the day. They cleaned up any mess they made and always asked me if I had any more questions.
