Great professional installation of an Aprilair humidifier. Tech (Rick Dieroff) did a great job of keeping his work area clean and was very concerned about keeping it that way. He answered all of our questions and explained the operation of the unit. It's great to see someone who takes pride in his work and is concerned about his customer. UGI is fortunate to have such an employee.
