Pasquale was absolutely superb. He immediately acknowledged the problem, diagnosed it correctly and promptly did the repair. He deserves a five star review. But the installer and two other repairmen at your company do not. I have been suffering for months with the incorrectly installed unit. I have been freezing and, alternatively, boiling. The air conditioner will not shut off no matter how cold it got. Then there are times the heat comes on when it should not. I showed good faith and paid you $5,000 in cash for this negligently installed air conditioning unit. Given your clear negligence, I am asking you to please refund $1,000 for months of unbearable frustration and discomfort. In the future, please have Pasquale train your installers and repairmen.
