I installed a Five Star 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. I cycled and monitored the system and it is operational at this time.
I performed a diagnostic on a Carrier AC unit. Upon arrival I found that the drain line was clogged. I cleared the line and the system is operational at this time.

I completed a diagnostic on a Bryant AC unit. I found the system iced up. The unit cannot run and the blower was overheated. I wired the blower to run continuously and turned off the breaker. The blower motor needs to be replaced. The charge cannot be checked while the system is iced up. The system is nonoperational at this time.
I installed a Carrier 96% Two-Stage 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Carrier 13 SEER 4 Ton Air Conditioner. I cycled and monitored the systems and they are both operational at this time.

I completed a diagnostic on an air conditioning unit. Upon arrival, the customer said the fan run constantly and he wanted a new tstat. I replaced the tstat and the problem went away. The system is operational at this time.
After removing the Rheem gas furnace and air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 96% Communicating 2 Stage Variable Speed 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3.5T 17" and a Five Star 19 SEER 3 Ton Variable Speed Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I performed a full install on a Five Star Gas Furnace, Honeywell Programmable Thermostat and a Five Star Air Conditioner. I included one year Scheduled Maintenance Agreement with this install. System was operational at departure.
I gave customer a quote on a Five Star 13 Seer air conditioning system ( (2.5 ton). Price includes condenser, A-Coil, line set or flush and pad. Also included is an outdoor disconnect, removal of old equipment, tax and installation.

I completed diagnostics and found high-restriction filter dirty and removed. I found the outdoor coil 100% clogged. the system low, out of warranty and has a leak. I gave the customer options, opted to charge and seal. Now cooling. The system is fully operational upon departure.
