After removing the Rheem gas furnace and air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 96% Communicating 2 Stage Variable Speed 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3.5T 17" and a Five Star 19 SEER 3 Ton Variable Speed Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
