Tom, the service tech, was absolutely outstanding. For the past 3 1/2 years since I purchased a new air-conditioning/heating system from a different company, they were out to my condo numerous times and could not diagnose the issue with the heat. While we don’t need heat much in South Florida, the fact that it is a split system meant that it should have worked. After being highly frustrated, I reached out to Angie’s List and they provided me with Vital AC and Heating as a high rated company. They were correct! Tom changed electric switch on the unit allowing me to have heat and air conditioning as needed. After his work, I purchased a yearly contract with them. Tom is an outstanding diagnostician, patient technical troubleshooter, and extremely professional. I also had the opportunity to interact with the owner by phone, she too is courteous and incredibly responsive. You get my high praises.
