Although the company canceled this prepaid service once and I was told the technician would be at my house between 8 AM and 12 PM, the visit was rescheduled without consulting me, so the technician did not show up until after 3:30 PM. Despite those issues, the technician was very professional and good. He did a thorough check on my system and explained all details. I had decided NOT to go with the service plan previous to this appointment, but Nick was so good, that I am considering signing back up for the service plan. Good choice of employees, as this young man was outstanding! The ONLY reason I did not rate 5 stars for the service was the scheduling issues.
