The service crew, Dewey and Jose were top notch! They were professional, knowledgeable and efficient with their work. They installed a tankless water heater and the Halo filtration system into our house. My wife was very pleased when they took the time to explain what they were doing and we would highly recommend them for service awards. They tried to accommodate what we wanted as best as they could, even though it was different than what were were originally told at the sales agreement. Overall a 3 - 4 star, but their service/install team should get a 5 star rating.
