When I first called We Care, they were able to schedule a four-hour window for the very next day. My rooftop Carrier A/C unit was running continually and would not shut off and would not blow cool air. After approximately a half-hour of troubleshooting and running diagnostics, the technician was successful in determining the problem and provided the solution within minutes. At no additional charge, he also fixed a broken PVC pipe upon request. The technician had a full-service maintenance truck and all necessary parts and equipment readily available. He also stayed several minutes past 6:30 pm to ensure my A/C unit functioned properly. The technician was also considerate enough to put bags over his shoes before entering my home. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Overall, my experience with We Care was outstanding.
