Mr Finn's service, was Top Notch, He is the BEST out of the 3 techs we have had. He explained everything ahead of time, Did the work in less time then allotted. Wrote up his invoice, explained all the work performed and answered all our questions. He was very courteous and professional in business. He went above and beyond servicing this account on a routine maintenance call. My elderly parents live here so he had to explain everything more than once and he did so in a very respectfully.
