After shopping around with different heating and cooling companies, we decided to go with We Care because like the name of their company, they do care. They were willing to negotiate and work with the budget we had in mind. The technician who came to our house for the consultation got started on the work right away, wasting no time. He was very knowledgable and gave us his honest opinions and expertise. We were hesitant in signing with We Care at first because we were spending a large amount of money and we wanted to make sure we were making the right choice for us. After several days, we contacted the company back and the same technician came back to go over the contract. He broke it down so that we understood what was going to be installed. We decided on a day and time. On the day of the installation, 2 teams came and started on the work right away. They introduced themselves one by one and explained what was to be done. They did not waste any time and they were able to replace our old furnace, install the AC unit, and place the ducts all in one day! They explained everything, answered every questions we had with a smile, and complete the work effectively and efficiently. We only have high praise for We Care and we definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in heating and cooling.
