Ozzy was great, he explained everything he was doing and was a pleasure to have inspecting my furnace. The wife won't be pleased with the news but he probably saved me form burning down my home. I probably shocked him a little at the end of the service but I'll let him explain that. Great job, Very Satisfied!!!
