I asked if it was okay to hang around while Dave did his diagnosis and he was more than fine with it. He described everything he was doing to determine where the problem was, and gave future maintenance tips along the way, things that I will definitely be putting into practice. Dave was very articulate in his explanations, very efficient with his exam of the patient, and described the prognosis and solution clearly. I was absolutely satisfied with the care we received. No wonder they are called "We Care." Because they really do!
