While all the employees of We Care are nice people I was disappointed by the lack of thoroughness exhibited by all but the last person we dealt with. They underestimated the length of time it would take to complete our job by a factor of three. While they may have been concerned about getting the job done, they missed several items in the upgrade of our heating and a/c system, including not sealing two old, abandoned registers, not replacing half of the intake ducts, and missing most of the ducting during the cleaning of the part of the ducting system that was not being replaced initially. Our "one to one-and-one-half day job" turned into four Saturdays and a missed day of work on a Monday. In retrospect I felt I should have watched all the work being done, questioned the completeness of each person's work, and made sure everything that was promised was actually done.
