Jason very good technician combined with customer oriented attitude. Have engaged him several times and always prompt, performs his tasks and communicates what I need to know. Having taught courses in customer satisfaction, I can truly appreciate his performance.
Service guy was really late. Appointment was 12-3, but he arrived at 4. He apologized and provided reasonable explanation. Still, sounded to me like the company was at fault for his running late. They simply overbooked and he still had one more service call to go to when he was done with me at 5:00. Other than that, he able to do a check on my unit and I was glad to hear it was running ok and no need for any repairs. Service guy was very polite and professional. I didn’t understand the question on “convenience” listed below so I didn’t answer.
My experience was good. He should uo as expected and was very professional and appeared to know what he was doing. Most important he did not do a hard sell or try to pressure me into purchases I did not need. The service man did his job well and met all my expectations.

The service technician was running late to arrive so I received a call telling me so. I really appreciated that “we are running late” and here’s why call. The technician arrived and checked everything. The tech explained that one of the coils was weak and should be replaced. Good thing we caught that! For me, I rather to catch a problem before it breaks down the whole system. Thanks Weather Masters!
