Service guy was really late. Appointment was 12-3, but he arrived at 4. He apologized and provided reasonable explanation. Still, sounded to me like the company was at fault for his running late. They simply overbooked and he still had one more service call to go to when he was done with me at 5:00. Other than that, he able to do a check on my unit and I was glad to hear it was running ok and no need for any repairs. Service guy was very polite and professional. I didn’t understand the question on “convenience” listed below so I didn’t answer.
