Service was OK, nothing exceptional pricing for geothermal was competitive. However; after having geothermal for 3 full years now, I have seen NO savings on electric bill. Buyer beware when you are told at least a 40% savings on your electric bill. Previous to geothermal i had an 8 year old heat pump. Installers were on time and courteous
