Sharee,Hunter and Steve were amazing today as they replaced our heater and a/c units today. They were prompt, very good at explaining the process that would be taking place and got to work. Once the install was done I was given a great review of it all. They were respectful of me and my home. We were impressed that Tyler Harward had the knowledge and dedication to do our job right. It was obvious that his intention was to give us top service - and he did! When one item was not quite right (problem with pre-existing equipment), he said he would come back the next day and fix it - and he did!. Also is very pleasant.

Had some issues with insulation on the installed AC unit in the attic. Hunter came back and insulated then taped it off. He took his time and did a good job.

Air conditioner not working. Came out and installed new AC System. Performed initial set up and maintenance.
Air conditioner not blowing cool air. Air Conditioning repair and maintenance tune-up. Diagnose and perform annual AC maintenance service plan on Carrier cooling system. Clear drain lines, and check evaporator coils on 7 year old HVAC system. Add refrigerant and replace air filters.

Came out for prepaid tuneup. Ac is a 2019. I replace filter today it was provided. Temp split is in required range. All electrical components are testing properly and working properly. LRA is high on the compressor amps. It’s right next to where it supposed to be recommend adding a hard start kit to lower this and prolong the life of the AC. I hosed down condenser coil‘s. Refrigerant levels are testing properly. Capacitor on the blower housing is testing at a 5% drop should not exceed 6%. Coil and blower both clean. See health report card for questions. Ac was when I left the call. Option for hard start kit was declined today.
