On previous scope of work we ended up only running 1 heat vent so price was suppose to be adjusted to 385.00 using the other 300.00 for this job

Came to residence for prepaid WSC tune-up on a '20 Goodman ac system. Equipment functional upon arrival. Upon inspection of the indoor systems, I found the filter, blower wheel, evaporative coil, and all other internals are very clean and running smoothly. The temperature split across the evaporative coil is right where it should be, indicating a proper charge of refrigerant in the system. Moving outside to the condenser, all electrical and mechanical components are operating properly. The electrical measurements on the unit for the motors, wiring, and other small parts are within manufacturer specifications. Everything is running very well and should for a long time. Came to residence for prepaid WSC tune-up on a '14 ac system. Equipment functional upon arrival. Upon inspection of the indoor systems, I found the 16x25x1 filter was dirty and I replaced it with a homeowner provided filter. The blower wheel is starting to get dirty and should be cleaned in the next year or two. All other measurements and components are good. Moving outside, I found the condenser is operating well and the electrical and mechanical components are functioning correctly. Complete AC tuneup basement air-conditioning has a burning contactor and should have an AC tuneup kit. Both units also need hard starts and blower cleanings AC tuneup kit would include contactor hard start and capacitor. Normally we charge $317 for a blower cleaning I will come back out if customer wants to do two blower cleanings for $600

All electrical and mechanical components are operating properly. All electrical measurements are good. Moving inside, I found the 16x25x1 filter is dirty and needs to be replaced. I also found that the blower wheel is extremely dirty and should be cleaned as soon as possible. All other factors and components checked out well. Came to residence for prepaid WSC swamp cooler startup. Equipment functional as of last year. Upon arrival, I removed the cover from the rooftop unit and checked all internal mechanical and electrical components and also the water lines and associated parts. Everything checked out and I turned the water on to the unit. The water line seems good and everything is filling and operating like it should. Checked the float valve and it's operational. Came out to look over furnace and put new gas valve in. After looking over the system, the heat exchangers have a lot of dark spotting but all the rings are Intact and no cracks or holes. Blower cabinet is pretty dirty. Blower motor is leaking a little bit of oil and has a lot of dirt build up on it. Blower capacitor is reading 10.49uf and the recommended is 10. Evap coil is clean. Burner cabinet is really dirty. Gas valve was leaking. Talked with you about the price and the MSC. You decided not to do the gas valve today due to price. I left estimate with invoice on the gas valve. System is not up and running when i left.
I came to do an ac tune up. They do not have an air scrubber. I quoted $950 for the air scrubber that includes his discount. He is going to think about it. I did a 29 point ac tune up. I replaced the filter. The ac is ready to run this summer.
Came out for prepaid msc ac tune up. While I was here I flushed both water heaters and relit pilot light for each one. Ac found temp split was higher due to home not having a heat load on it. Found no other issues with ac today. All electrical components are testing properly and working properly. See health report card. System was working properly when I left the call.

Moving inside, I found the 16x25x1 filter was dirty and replaced it with a homeowner provided filter. The blower wheel and evaporative coil are fairly clean. All other parts are in good working order and the temperature split is good, indicating a good level of refrigerant. See health report card for any specific information.
