Our technician worked very hard to address all of our systems issues and took the extra time to repair everything. He did a great job

Down stairs system running well and within specs. System doesn’t have surge protector or drip leg on gas line. Filter extremely dirty. Replaced filter with one of yours. 1” filter for down stairs system should be replaced once a month when furnace is being ran. Recommended filters would be merv8-merv11 filters. Anything less than merv8 won’t filter air and anything more than a merv11 filter will be too restrictive. Rest of system running well within specs. Surges aren’t cover by warranties. System is most likely out of its warranty date. Still recommend surge protectors to protect the electronics system operational when i left. Upstairs system running well and with in all manufacture recommendations. Changed out the filters. System also doesnt have surge protector. System is clean. Humidifier looks good along with the air scrubber. System running when i left. Mini split is operating. May be a little low on refrigerant. Due to age i would recommend replacement over repairs. Came out for AC not blowing very good air. While I was here I did a 30 point AC tuneup. I found that the static pressure is really high after the filter and then the return. The supply is not very high we’re not moving too much air across the coil. Coil and blower appeared to be clean. I found on the outdoor unit that the refrigerant levels are low there’s more than likely a leak in the system. I was only getting a 6° temp split. I also found that the fan motor on the outdoor unit is leaking oil. Gave Mark all of these options also gave him the option to get a price for a new system. He is going to wait to do that more than likely in the spring time. If he changes his mind he will call us back. The ac was kind of working when I left just not the best.

Prepaid tune ups on two furnaces Both systems running upon departure

Performed furnace tune ups. Main system is running well and within manufacturer specs. Filter is pretty dirty, should be replaced. System doesn’t have a surge protector on it. Recommend surge protectors on both ac and furnace. Humidifier is operating well. Humidifier pad has some build up on it but not bad. Recommended to replace pads before each season. System is running when I left. Loft system is running well within specs. System filter is pretty dirty. Recommend them to be replaced closer to once a month. System doesn’t have any indoor quality product or surge protections. System is up and running when I left.

Upon arrival spoke with home owner about main floor ac not cooling home properly and also performing a ac tune up on both upstairs and main floor systems. After several mins of troubleshooting found that the main floor thermostat isn’t making proper connection with thermostat prongs , suggest that either homeowner relocates thermostat or home owner chisel away some of the surrounding material so the thermostat can sit flush and receive proper call for cool . Also noted that filter were pretty bad , so I removed filter and shut system off , home owner advised she would take of them and get new ones to today .

Performed bogo tune up on ac and furnace. Both systems are running well. Both systems do not have surge protectors. No wet switch at the furnace either. Recommended the warranty package for the system. You didn’t want to do that today. We talked about running the 4” filters because you already have a 4” filter rack. We also talked about the Aprilaire conversion kit for the filter rack. If you continue running the 1” filters we recommend change once a month. Both systems are up and running and within specs when i left.

I preformed 2 AC tune ups today. What I found from the attic system was that it was low on refrigerant, the temp split was at 4 degrees, and the compressor is over amping at start up. I recommended adding refrigerant and a hard start to help the system last longer. I also recommend a safety wet switch for the furnace to prevent water damage. What I found in the basement system was the filter was dirty causing poor airflow and the compressor was also over amping. I recommended changing the filter and adding a hard start. Customer only had the filter changed today. I also changed the attic system filters with ones provided by customer. Both AC’s were running when I left.

Mini split outside unit isn’t coming on. When I turn the unit on the fan outside starts to go and then shuts off. L5. Called daikin support. Case number 177293. Once i hear back from them we can go over what’s going on with the system. System is not running when i left.

The 2015 bryant ac condenser had error code 71. I checked the mokex plug going to condenser fan motor. It was tight. The refrigerant charge looked good. Tge filter was last changed in january. I changed the filter today. I added ac renew. The ac was running when I left.

The owner wanted to do a tune up on both ac units. Both condenser capacitors at at 4% drop. Today I did both tune ups. The ac systems were running when I left.

Today I came out for a Complimentary first year furnace tune up! Overall the system is working just the way it should. Everything tested perfectly! The only concern right now is the filter. It is an aprilaire 210 and needs to be replaced as soon as possible. Beside the filter I recommended a surge protector and a Wet switch to keep the system within manufactured warranty specs. Paul just wanted the tune up today. Thank you for calling us out!

The 2012 amana ac and furnace needed a tune up. I replaced the duel capacitor. It was at 43% drop. I cleaned the condenser coil. It was very dirty. Lots of water damage on top of furnace. The vapor saturation temperature is at 33 degrees. They are not low on refrigerant. It is cold out side. When the temperature rises the vapor saturation should go up.

Call no cool. Found systems blower motor overheating and amping well above recommended amperage. Blower motor is bad and needs to be replaced for appropriate operation. Blower motor replaced and system checked. Temperature Split now blower motor is running appropriately is 20 degree. Static pressure is measuring at .79 inWC manufacturer recommends this to be at .50 inWC. This is at systems best case scenario reading as well because equipment is on a zone system this static pressure is likely getting very high causing inefficient airflow problems and unnecessary wear and tear on system components. This is a characteristic of some systems if not set up appropriately and some systems with single stage equipment anything with a 2 stage or modulating stages would play a better role with a zone system than the systems current state and setup. Airflow problems present with system using a smaller rated filter like an 8-10 MERV will help but only so much because the problem is static back p
