I had to shift our appointment at the last minute and Western willingly accommodated my unexpected conflict. Repair tech and supervisor were knowledgeable and patient with my questions and concerns during the rescheduled appointment. They made it clear they were highly invested in insuring a great customer experience! I was thoroughly impressed and would definitely use them again.

I was shown how one of my A/C units was not working well. It needed about 4 lbs of freon and the compressor had problems.

Except that I have to buy a new furnace, it was awesome. Great, immediate service for an emergency.

I have been most impressed with Western Heating and Air. I have personally worked with four different people and they have each been professional and very kind. I will definitely recommend this company to all of my friends. The services performed were a furnace check, gas fireplace check, new furnace estimate and install, and lastly I had my water heaters serviced. Their prices cannot be beat!

Showed up to figure out why the system wasn’t operating. It was a scheduling issue with the thermostat. The system was working properly on arrival. Helped the customer turn off the schedule to run in a manual mode until the homeowner decides to run a schedule.
Prepaid air-conditioning tuneup. System is in good condition. Good static pressure temperature split is proper.I noticed the systems humidifier is due to be serviced by replacing the pad as well as cleaning up the drain line. Recommended a humidifier rejuvenation kit which includes new drain line new pad new spout and good cleaning. Customer says he will take care of this on his own. System does not have a hard start kit. I have included estimates for both of these repairs. Equipment is up and running upon departure.
Service call. Systems not cooling. Found that the thermostat wires were not wired correctly. Fixed wiring for the systems. Humidifier was leaking from the drain. Cleared out the plug. All systems are up and operating when i left.
I preformed 2 AC tuneups today. The attic ac has a high static in the blower, this is due to a high merv rated filter I recommended to replace it with a merv rating between 8-10. Both condensers are amping high at start up. This will cause the capacitor to go bad. I recommend a hard start kit for both of them but the customer said he would do it in about a month.
AC tuneup on to 2005 air-conditioning systems. Upstairs: the system is it in good condition slight dust buildup on the blower wheel. This could cause health concerns. AC capacitor on outdoor unit is starting to show week at a 4% drop. Also contactor on outdoor unit is starting to show burn marks. Basement. This system is in pretty good condition appears to be a newer furnace. Static pressure is slightly high, this is due to a undersized return duct. Outdoor condenser is starting to show oil on the condenser fan motor. All other electrical components are operating properly at this time
MSC tuneup and furnace service call. Furnace was not operating to do it today due to a bad igniter. I was able to replace the igniter in the system is up and running. Air conditioning system is starting to show its age. Blower motor capacitor showing 20% drop. Outdoor capacitor showing 5% drop. Outdoor condenser was very dirty. I sprayed off condenser. Temperature split is too high at 27°Indicating there is a problem with the refrigerant. This coupled with the weak capacitor puts unit prone to freezing. Would recommend replacing entire air conditioning system.
I performed an AC tuneup on 3 systems. They are all working properly with no concerns at this time. I found the humidifiers water turned off but I turned them back on, tested them and they are working fine. See health report card for more details.
Put new section of pvc in. System isn’t leaking anymore. System up and running when I left.
Complete full AC tuneup on all three systems cleaned blower on every system and added an air scrubber.
Complete ac and furnace tune up signed her up for 4 unit Msc and replaced z2 filters
Complete AC tuneup the furnace was leaking near the inducer if it continues to leak we need to replace the flu pipe with a solid piece.
