Takes pride in doing things right.

We were impressed that Tyler Harward had the knowledge and dedication to do our job right. It was obvious that his intention was to give us top service - and he did! When one item was not quite right (problem with pre-existing equipment), he said he would come back the next day and fix it - and he did!. Also is very pleasant.

Everything was done well and explained well.

As far as I know everything was checked and the numbers were explained well. We needed new filters and got those.

Performed furnace tune up. System is running well and within specs. You said that the filter wouldn’t fit properly. Looked at the kit that was installed and it needs a 810 filter not the 210. The 210 filter works, but is just about 1/4” to long making it hard to shut the door. System doesn’t have any IAQ. Surge protector is work in specs. All electrical on furnace is operating well. System is clean and ready for the winter. Ac tune up. We need to bring a #810 filter. Filter will be covered. System up and running when i left.

I preformed 2 furnace and 1 AC tune ups today. From the turn ups i found that the capacitor in the condenser is dead and the capacitors in the furnaces are out of factory spec. Shera decided to have both of theys replaced today. The only other things i found today was the blower wheels are dirty I recommended cleaning but shera decided to hold off on it for today. All systems were running when i left.

Performed WSC furnace and AC tuneups. System is from 2018. Overall the system is operating properly. Recommend replacing the humidifier pad and keeping the outdoor unit clean. There is construction going on behind the house causing the condenser to get dirty.

I preformed an AC tune up today. From the tune up i found that the compressor is over amping at start up, i recommended a hard start to help prevent any damage that this will cause such as capacitor going bad or compressor/fan motor burning out. I also found that the blower motor capacitor is reading at 4% below factory charge, it is allowed at 5% drop so it will need to be replaced in the near future. With out proper charge from the capacitor the blower motor could burn up trying to turn on. The system is also a hair low on refrigerant. Maybe a half a pound at most. The system is still cooling properly, the pressures are just right on the edge of being out of spec. The thermostat also kept loosing power, when i took the thermostat off the was it came off fairly easy like it wasn’t connected properly. The thermostat wires were bulging out possibly causing the bad connection, the battery’s may also be in need of changing. Your maintenance agreement is also up today. If you are i

I came because a thermostat was not working. The thermostat is working, but needs to be replaced. Today I did two ac and two furnace tune ups. They signed up for a 4 msc plan. The equipment was running when I left.

The 1996 bryant ac was not working. The time delay board is broken. The system is r22 and low on refrigerant. Today I did a tune up. They want a sales person out to give a quote on a new system. Clint is coming out tomorrow at 11am to give estimate on a new system. Ac was not running when I left.

Brady was able to come out with me and try to look at possible causes of the loud noises. We adjusted the motor pulley to help with some of the noise and we also put more pressure on the blower housing because that’s where all the vibration noise seem to be coming from. We did notice that the shaft might be a little bit bent up for some reason. If they call again having more problems with the noise we may have to order a new shaft and replace the whole shaft.

Reese invited us out today for 2 AC tune ups! Both systems were installed in 2014 and Reese has done a great job keeping up with them. Everything tested really well today throughout both systems. I recommended surge protectors to protect the system but Reese is happy with the way things are now. Thank you for having us out today!

Thad invited us out today for an AC tune up. The system was installed by us in 2018 and is in great condition! Everything throughout the unit tested perfectly. Today I recommended a surge protector to prevent any warranty problems and I also recommended our water heater maintenance club. Thad will give us a call when he is ready. I performed an AC tune up on a 2019 compressor 2015 evaporator Bryant system. The system is working properly. Only point of concern is the outside condenser coil, is getting pretty dirty with cotton wood seeds, I recommend housing down once a month to make sure the airflow is good. Mr. Johnston was concern about the connections of the new water heater we installed. Shark Bite, the manufacturer, is currently under a lawsuit about some premature connection fails. Since the lawsuit still on process, and there is no recalls on those connections we can’t replace them under warranty.
