Sharee,Hunter and Steve were amazing today as they replaced our heater and a/c units today. They were prompt, very good at explaining the process that would be taking place and got to work. Once the install was done I was given a great review of it all. They were respectful of me and my home. We have been long time customers and have been more than happy with their work through the years. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We were impressed that Tyler Harward had the knowledge and dedication to do our job right. It was obvious that his intention was to give us top service - and he did! When one item was not quite right (problem with pre-existing equipment), he said he would come back the next day and fix it - and he did!. Also is very pleasant.

Outing in air conditioning in an old house can be very difficult. The techs did a great job surmounting the problems faced by our old house. They were virtuous, professional, cheerful, and competent.

Furnace and aircconditioning changeout
Disconnected old copper pipe, ran 50ft of new line. Pressure tested over 400 psi, no leaks.
Brady was able to come out with me and try to look at possible causes of the loud noises. We adjusted the motor pulley to help with some of the noise and we also put more pressure on the blower housing because that’s where all the vibration noise seem to be coming from. We did notice that the shaft might be a little bit bent up for some reason. If they call again having more problems with the noise we may have to order a new shaft and replace the whole shaft.
Came to residence for prepaid WSC tune-up on an '03 ac system. Equipment functional upon arrival. Upon arrival, the homeowners expressed concern regarding some issues with the ductwork and flue not completely fitting together or having some gaps. I sealed the gaps and refitted the flue so it is now secure. Upon inspection of the indoor systems, I found the blower wheel and evaporative coil were dirty and recommended cleaning them. I received homeowner approval and performed the cleanings. All other electrical and mechanical components are operating properly. All electrical and static pressure measurements are within manufacturer specifications. Moving outside to the condenser, I found all electrical systems are functioning correctly and everything is operating smoothly. I cleaned off the unit and the disconnect and washed down the condenser. See health report card for any specific information. I preformed an AC tune up today. The filter was installed backwards witch caused the blower to suck it out of the cartridge, i pulled it out. Blower motor is a little dirty, nothing concerning though. AC was running when i left.
The 2012 rheem ac recieved prepaid ac tune up. Duel capacitor at 0. Filter dirty. They might be low on refrigerant cause there is only a 10 degree temp split. She is going to call home warranty company to diagnose this. Today I cleaned the filter with the hose. I changed out the duel capacitor on the condenser. The warranty company would only reimburse $200 for the replacement of the capacitor. The ac was running when I left.
Complete AC tuneup replaced expansion tank clean blower wheel and added air scrubber
Complete AC tuneup and informed customer that their contactor is burning and also that we need to address a blower cleaning. Emailed customer estimate they are going out for the day so today’s not a good day to have the work done.
Performed first year free ac tune up. System doesn’t have surge protectors on the ac or furnace. Furnace included one at time of install. Installed surge protector under warranty. Ac still doesn’t have one. Strongly advise to have one due to warranties not covering surges. You got a box or 14x14x1 filters for side filter. System is running well within specs. System up and running when I left.
Call for no heat. Found furnace trying to light but would not stay lit considering age and symptoms likely flame sensor has a lit bit of debris on it. Recommend furnace tune up. Furnace tune up performed refer to furnace health inspection report. Flame sensor cleaned and equipment began to run appropriately. Furnace does have a little bit of a higher static pressure reading. But overall furnace is burning clean and efficiently with no electrical problems observed. System does not have a surge protector or a wet switch especially given close proximity to main drain it would be a good idea to help prevent any water damage if there was ever a draining related issue with plumbing. No air purifier to help keep system and homes air clean and pure. Recommendations refer to estimates.
The 2008 york furnace was not working. The pressure switches were not closing. I cleaned out all tubing and areas water flows. I drilled hole going to high stage pressure switch larger. There were lots of moths in the drain above inducer motor. I cleaned that out. The flew going outside is 30 foot run in the ceiling. I am not sure if there is good slope there. Water may be coming back to fast to the furnace. We may need to fix the flew pipe. Inducer motor is loud. We may need to replace inducer motor. We may need to change Pressure switches. We will see if the cleaning today solved the problem. Ignitor is weak.
We came to do a prepaid msc tune up. The duel capacitor is at 5% drop. Recommend putting a new one on and adding a hard start to help it last. The filter is not to bad. We replaced it 3 months ago. We The ac is ready to run this year. Warrantied the duel capacitor. We added a hard start.
