Easy fix, big impression :)

Our AC unit have been played around with kids and they somehow managed to pull the switch out which caused our AC to not cool down. Devante came and saw the problem the minute he walked in and even though it was such an easy fix (something we could’ve done ourselves if we had known), he went above and beyond with explaining other details with proper AC/cooling unit maintenance. Gladly paid for his service to come down here and his knowledge. Well done!

Great service

I had Justin and he was experienced with his work. He installed a new motor for my AC unit but the noise was so loud. Luckily he was on call the same weekend and was able to return and fix the problem quickly. He placed a brand new motor without additional cost. Very professional! Thanks Justin!

Complete to furnace tuneup’s we need to clean evaporator coil and blower wheel and do a furnace overhaul on downstairs system . Both flame sensors need to be replaced. Duct cleaning is scheduled for next week. Emailed customer pricing for cleanings and adding air scrubbers

I preformed a full system tune up today. From the furnace tune up I found that the filter was bad causing airflow issues and a poor temperature split. Lisa had me change out the filter while I was here. From the AC tune up I found the system was a little low on refrigerant and the compressor is over amping at start up. I recommended adding the refrigerant and a hard start today. Lisa had me do both. Lisa and her husband are the new owners of this home. I recommend having the ducts cleaned to clean out dirt and debris from the previous owner and anything left from the construction of the home. Lisa decided to not have the duct cleaning done today. Full system was running when I left.

Upstairs AC not working. Found the Rocky Mountain power box on the AC has gone bad. It was causing a short in the communication wires out to the AC. Disconnected the box and got the unit running again. Recommend customer call the power company to have the box replaced. There is a large oil stain on top of the evap coil. Not sure if it was from the original installation or if it is a more recent leak. Checked the refrigerant pressures today and they are ok. We will want to keep an eye on them moving forward. New house. Recommend customer have the ducts cleaned as they are often filled with garbage, dust and even urine during construction.

Call back. AC not working. AC coil was frozen. Defrosted the coil and found that the main problem was caused by a dirty filter. After replacing the filter the refrigerant pressures and temperatures went to normal. Recommend customer replace the filter every 30 days.

Upon arrival spoke with tenant about ac not cooling home properly. Began troubleshooting and found that disconnect had been tampered with maybe by kids in the neighborhood. Check system ops and all ops are normal . 49.4 / 70 temp split

Upon arrival spoke with home owner about in door fan tripping the breaker . So I began troubleshooting and found that blower motor had grounded out , replaced motor and checked system ops . Noticed that system had very high static pressure while filter was in , recommended upgrading to aprilaire filter for better airflow. But at this time all ops are normal at this time . Blower motor amps 11.5 rated 14.6 Return and supply 46.5/73 Static pressure .05 1.10 .12 .03

Came back Ac not working found the wet switch has tripped again relocated the wet switch so it’s in a better position so doesn’t doesn’t turn the AC off all the time so we don’t have this problem in the future The drain line appeared to be clear. AC was working when I left the call.

Came out for no cool. Found that the wet switch was tripped due to coil possibly freezing and dripping down into the pan and tripping this the filter was dirty but the tenants changed it. I came and reset it the breaker and it came on we are getting a 19° temp split everything is working like it should I told tenant to keep up on the filter changing. I also found that there was a filter inside the magic pack I took that one out so we don’t have two filters in restrict airflow. System is working when I left the call. The home owner is on a cruise and I was unable to collect payment Robin said she would follow up and collect payment via text.

AC stopped working after one of the breakers was tripped. Found that there was a short inside the thermostat. When the thermostat called for cooling it would only turn the fan on. When the thermostat was bypassed and r and y were jumpered the AC turned on just fine. Installed a new aprilaire programmable thermostat. This immediately resolved the issue. AC running on departure.

Gabriel was out the other day. Coil was frozen. Returned today to perform pre paid AC tuneup. Everything checks out good. Refrigerant levels are good. Airflow is good. Temp split at 20 degrees.

I came for a no cool. Upon inspection I found that the system, a 2016 Payne, had a partially frozen evaporator coil, a very dirty filter and a very weak condenser fan capacitor. I changed the filter. I replaced the capacitor. I recommend an AC tune up, to be sure that there is nothing else wrong with the system. I cleaned the condenser coil and checked the refrigerant levels, temp split and static pressure. The system is working properly for now. The earliest we can be here for that tuneup is Monday, Bradley said that was fine. I recommend leaving the fan on 24/7 till Monday to make sure that there is no ice left. Thank you for your business.
