The technician did a thorough job and let me know what was exactly going on.

It was a pleasure serving you and your family. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and being so open with us.
They did a quick great job on our ac!
Response from Western Heating & Air Conditioning (Orem):
Thank you for the review today!
It's not every day you need to make a large purchase like we did for our heater/air conditioner… Thankfully we went with Western heating air conditioning and the whole experience was absolutely flawless. Don't hesitate to call these guys if you need them… they went above and beyond for us… Thank you Clint, Mark, Steve and Ian. Rod & Chelle B. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had Justin and he was experienced with his work. He installed a new motor for my AC unit but the noise was so loud. Luckily he was on call the same weekend and was able to return and fix the problem quickly. He placed a brand new motor without additional cost. Very professional! Thanks Justin!

The 2019 ac tune up. Evap coil may have a leak. I could see spots that looked like dye. She wants to change her filter every two months. If the unit freezes over we will need to replace evap coil. All capacitors good. Temp split 19 degrees. Ac running when I left.
The day and night 2015 ac msc tund up. Filter static high. Needs 4" filter. Duel capacitor at 6% drop. Today I did the tune up. Ac ready for summer.
I preformed an AC tune up today. The only thing to report is the capacitor is reading at its limit. This is due to the over amping compressor. I suggested replacing the capacitor and adding a hard start kit to prevent premature ware on the new capacitor. AC was running when i left.
Came out for inducer motor replacement. I replaced motor and it is not making loud noises anymore. All electrical components are testing properly and working properly. Added equipment in service Titian. System was working properly when I left the call.
Ice machine was not working properly today due to a loose connection on the start capacitor relay. This was causing the start capacitor to stay closed and over heat the compressor. I found and fixed the wire and also cleaned the machine. We also got prepayment for the quarterly maintenance on the roof top units.
AC no cool. Found the filter to be extremely dirty this could be the reason for a no cool so replaced to rule out that being a problem. Felt refrigerant lines in mechanical room once replaced and thermostat turned on and it still wasn’t indicating any cooling. On inspection of braze joints in mechanical right before evaporator coil did notice an oily substance around the insulation and braze joint, immediate red flag of possible refrigerant problem. Went outside and come to find out the compressor was not kicking on appropriately. Checked capacitor and it was still showing ok 43.6/45 which is a 4% drop still within manufacture specifications. Checked compressor windings and they were showing good. Tested windings to ground and winding are not grounded out. Suspected the thermal protection switch inside the compressor to be open so let equipment cool off and soaked with running water in order to help cool it down quickly, compressor still not coming on and given the signs of possibl
Abbie invited us out today for an AC tune up! The system is a Day and Night and was installed about 2 years ago. Overall the system is in really good shape. I checked for any unnecessary wear and didn’t find any. I recommended a hard start today to get ahead of potential capacitor wear. System was running upon departure.
Service call. System is not cooling. Turn system on and the refrigerant was not moving. Went outside and checked. The fan was moving but the compressor wasn’t coming on. Capacitor was bad. Check the windings on the compressor and they are in fair condition. Installed ac tune up kit. System is up and running. Check temp split and coil to make sure they were not dirty. System has a 21 temp spilt and evap coil is clean. Recommend doing regular maintenance on system and to change filter once a weak while they are finishing the basement and once a month once they finish the basement. System is up and running when I left.
I performed an AC tune up on a 2011/2020 Rheem/Adp system. The system is working properly. Due to the new evaporator coil installed I recommend an AC tune kit to extend the longevity of the condenser coil. I return to the home the next day to install that AC tuneup kit. The system is working properly and the compressor LRA went down from 169amps to 95amps because of the Hard start kit, this will help the compressor on start ups and live longer. System was running properly when I left. See health report card for more details.
I preformed and ac tune up today. Only thing to report is that the condenser coil was clogged up really bad with dirt. I cleaned it off and let the customer know what a dirty coil could cause. This customer has a magicpac. Ac was running when i left.
No one home. Called and left voice mail. 2 MSC AC tuneups. Inside of basement furnace is very dirty. Full of what looks like sheet rock dust. Blower and coil need to be cleaned. The plugged coil is already causing significant heat spots on the heat exchanger. Unable to access the upstairs furnace. Both outdoor units are in good shape overall. Pulling high amps on start up. Over time this will cause damage the compressor. Highly recommend installing “kick starts†to both systems. Noticed neither unit has a surge protector. Highly recommend installing them. Damage to the equipment caused by Black outs and power surges are not covered by the manufacturer warranty. Needed repairs: 1) Blower cleaning 2) Evap coil cleaning 3) Renew membership on maintenance (MSC) program. Recommended preventative maintenance 1) Install hard start kits on both ACs 2) Install surge protectors to both systems to protect against power surges and blackouts which are not covered by the warranty.
